Head off to South Carolina for a one-of-a-kind beach getaway at our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Hilton Head Island at Hilton Head Resort. The beach is just at the end of the boardwalk, and visible from our unit! Our condo is the perfect choice for a family or group of friends looking to discover all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. You'll be just a short walk from Coco's on the Beach, a family-friendly beachfront tiki bar known for great food and drinks located at the end of the boardwalk.. Sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or to relax after a long day at the beach. The wonderful marsh changes with each tide. So relaxing!

The Space:

The Master Bedroom overlooks the marsh, and hosts a Queen-sized bed with an attached master bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a set of twin-mattress bunk beds, and a full bed as well. A full bathroom borders the second bedroom and living room. The main living room hosts a couch, chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with a Roku, and a kitchen table. Our kitchen is fully equipped for almost anything you'll need during your stay. Our balcony has chairs for you to relax in and watch the tide go in and out.

great views

we enjoyed our stay at Slice of heaven. the owner was very responsive to all questions and even bought a new beach umbrella and umbrella screw base before our trip. there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc so all you needed were your clothes and beach towels. The views of marsh and ocean were great from the private balcony. We loved watching the moonrise over the ocean from the balcony. The moon was orange and huge as it popped up from the horizon. Would definitely stay again

Long weekend

The condo provided everything we needed. The location is quiet and I was able to drink my coffee and watch the sun rise. The courtyard had a single pickleball court that was very convenient.

Young family vacay to the beach

We stayed here with our two kids (4 and 5 years old) for a full week and it was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds, the beach, the selection of indoor and outdoor pools, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sunrise each morning. The kitchen allowed us to make a lot of our own meals to save a lot of money. If you are debating whether to make a reservation, do it, you won’t regret it!

Heritage Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend to watch the Heritage golf tournament! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the boardwalk to Coco’s and the beach is an awesome added benefit! All questions were answered promptly by the host which was much appreciated. This condo was about a 15 minute drive to the restaurants we had on our list and to Sea Pines. The elevator to the building was broken, which is not this property owner’s fault, but caused inconvenient wait times at the other building’s elevator, so hopefully the resort will have that fixed soon! Would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful View

The condo was cute. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. A little fyi... the elevator is a long walk away from the condo and is difficult to find. The stairs are close, so i just used the stairs and climbed up four stories. That was my only negative. I had a wonderful time.

Late February Visit

Kim’s condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the view from her balcony is exactly as pictured. The washers and dryers are central located on the same floor, and allowed for payment using a credit card. Everything is convenient and well thought out—something we greatly appreciated!

Great Mother/Daughter weekend

Lovely condo with awesome views. Clean and with some unexpected goodies. Complex has a lot of amenities. I have knee problems and we weren't able to walk the boardwalk to the beach and golf cart shuttle service was closed for the season. Based on that I probably won't book here during the down season again. Otherwise great place.

Loved our stay!

We've been coming to Hilton Head Resort for years & this was by far our favorite condo to stay at! The condo was very clean & had everything you would need for your visit & the view was absolutely beautiful! We loved sitting out on the patio & seeing the beach! Kim was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be visiting again next year & hope to book this condo again!

Family get away!

The amenities and proximity to the beach were very convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient to the condo and parking passes were left at gated entrance. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Vacation

We love Hilton Head! The condo had an awesome view of the ocean, and was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Kim was great to stay in touch with us, and very responsive if something came up.

Family trip

We love Hilton Head and had a great family vacation. The condo was clean, comfy, had amazing views and a great layout. My three boys (9-12) enjoyed the pools, playing badmitton, watching the alligator from the deck and the short walk to the beach.

Excellent location and great communication

We had a great time at a wonderful place. It was clean and in a great location. The property has a lot to offer and Kim was a fantastic host of a great condo. Wonderful view from the balcony and the bedroom window. Condo was well equipped and in a great spot. So many things to offer right on property and plenty to do near by. Would highly recommend renting this specific unit.

From ocean to lagoon

It was a unique setting, with all the marsh land between us and the beach, and we enjoyed both the view from our balcony and walking on the boardwalk. Coco’s was fun too. Generally the condo was very comfy and pleasant.

Great Getaway

This place was ideal for a girls weekend getaway! We really enjoyed getting to siton the balcony at sunrise and sunset. The boardwalk to the beach is quite lengthy but we love to get our steps in and it was a very beautiful walk. It was also super convenient to have cocos right at the end of the boardwalk to enjoy a beverage while we walked back to the condo. We came from TN so getting to see the alligator in the fountain pond was exciting. We named him Gary. Gary would make his presence around sunset each night. Highly recommend this condo for a girls weekend trip!

TURTLES, MANATEES, ALLIGATORS...OH MY!!!

If this is your first visit to HHI then get ready for fun. If this is your first stay at Kim’s Condo then you are in for a very relaxing vacation! The location of Kim’s condo is exactly where you want to be. The view overlooking the pond, marshland, boardwalk to the beach, and yes, a view of the ocean calms the soul! From the beautiful sunrise to the comfort of darkness rolling in over the marsh, it’s always breathtaking. Kim provides a lovely, stylish atmosphere that makes you feel at home. This fully stocked condo is amazingly clean. I’m so picky that I even notice the baseboards and this condo is impeccably maintained. Kim provides everything you can think of. A bowl of snacks to get you started along with a full stocked kitchen. I always bring a few items, but they were not needed at Kim’s. She even stocked the cupboard with herbs and spices, Vanilla!, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and parchment paper just to name a few items! I was impressed! The bedrooms provided lots of sleeping room, there were 5 of us, and the soothing gray walls allowed for beautiful accent colors in her décor. TV’s galore if that is your thing, WiFi connection, yay, beach items in the storage unit, equipment for a baby, linens, games, truly anything you can think of Kim has thought of it. Kim’s Condo is the BEST!!! I have dealt with lovely VRBO hosts but Kim is a 10-star lady! Her communications were like talking to a loving relative. She even contacted us as we were opening the door when we arrived, to see if all was well. She’s pretty amazing. You will not be disappointed in renting her vacation home. The turtles, my daughter loves sea turtles and hoped we’d find a nest. Our first night as we stepped on the beach there it was, a nest about to hatch. A half hour later two precious loggerhead babies emerged. We followed them to the water's edge. It was amazing. We cried! The manatee is one of my favorite but never lucky enough to see one. Shelter Cove Marina made it possible. At our favorite bakery, Hilton Head Social, we saw people gathered by the marina. There they were, two adults with two babies! I was in heaven, I got a great video! The alligator. I had seen had seen ripples in the pond beneath our balcony and just knew it wasn’t the ripple of fish. While relaxing on the balcony I spotted a little 3 ft. alligator just sunny on the little muddy bank. Yep, I got pictures! What a fun time at Hilton Head Resort and Kim’s Condo...Turtles, Manatees Alligators, Oh My!

Excellent VBRO Condo

What a great experience. Called and talked to Kimberly just to verify everything. She was easygoing and assisted me in understanding everything. Unit in great location, 5 minute walk to beach where there is Coco’s a great bar and grill if you need something. Back at the condo two pools plus an indoor pool. The unit was nice with a master and a unit with bucks and a full size bed. Kitchen great with stove, micro and all convenience of home. Nothing not to love about this place!

Great condo and location!

This is our second year renting this condo and it once again exceeded our expectations! The view from the balcony is beautiful. And Cindy was welcoming and very helpful. We also loved the new beach storage locker!
