Super clean and spacious stay. Beds were comfortable and everything was fresh and clean. Great location with short walk to the beach. Even had beach provisions on hand which was wonderful! Would absolutely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The owner was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here for our beach vacation! It was my husband , 2 teen boys and I . We had a decent amount of room and beds were comfy. Candy was great and easy to get ahold of. We had a small issue we needed to contact her for and she was prompt and kind. The condo was also stocked with soaps , tp and plenty of towels which was appreciated. Also had a few little snacks and coffee to start us out when we got there. The beach there is really nice too. Would recommend or stay again!

Very nice condo! Would definitely come here again! It was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 teens. Quiet, very clean, nice pool and close to beach. King bed was very comfortable. My girls said the twin beds were not very comfortable. My husband ended up fixing (it was a quick fix) one of the twin beds because the frame wasn’t set up properly. It was really nice having hand soap at each sink and laundry and dish washing pods provided. The kitchen is well stocked but for future guests it might be worth mentioning that there aren’t things like cooking spray/oil, salt, pepper, etc.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We found it exactly as pictured and described. It was exceptionally clean, quiet and well stocked with kitchen equipment. There were plenty of extras (including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, coffee start up, beach accessories, cooler, etc.). Check in was a breeze.The property itself suited us perfectly. Two very nice pools and easy access to the beach. After a long day of sightseeing, we took advantage of the pools! We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and just sitting out there relaxing and reading. Our communication with Candy was easy and smooth as her response was always quick, courteous and informative. We completely enjoyed all aspects of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s within walking distance to a great beach, and the host thoughtfully provided all the necessary beach gear. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Easy check in the kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed including a crockpot which was good to put the food in and cook while we were on the beach.

Great condo located in Sea Place that's been renovated recently. Location is fantastic and close to everything. Beach access is a very short walk and the pool is right by the condo. Easy check in/out process and we'll definitely be booking this location again next time we stay in Butler Beach.

My family and I enjoyed our visit! The host was wonderful and very welcoming! She was extremely nice and full of details for our stay. She was very prompt in messaging. I could go on and on. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean, we had everything we needed. It was perfect for my family of 4. Views were beautiful and the 2 balconies were a plus! Would love to go back in the near future! Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and well-maintained condominium! The easy access to the beach and pool made our family vacation enjoyable. A big plus was having beach chairs, towels, and toys provided, which made our beach days even better. Plus, it was just a short drive to St. Augustine for exploring and dining. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach escape!
