Great location

It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway with the family. The condo was clean and well equipped with the essentials that you would need for your stay.Beach access and a pool as well as upstairs and downstairs balconies to sit and enjoy fresh air. There was plenty of places near by to eat and not to far from historic downtown.

Top notch

The condo was nicely situated at a private beach with a pool. I enjoyed having a balcony off the main floor and the master bedroom. Condo was cozy and very clean. Candy was a very Available flexible and helpful host I hope to come again

St. Augustine beach rental

Average property with broken kitchen cabinets and a broken disposal. Coupled with the fact that a 1500 damage deposit was collected and held for over a month, I would choose to go elsewhere next time.

Perfect Family Getaway

This townhouse rental was cute, clean, and quiet. It met our needs perfectly, with plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Well-appointed kitchen, and basic necessities in bathrooms. Even beach towels and a few beach accessories are on hand if you forget to bring your own! A fairly short walk to the soft, white sands and expansive, non-crowded beach. The location was perfect. Close to a grocery store and restaurants, and a short drive to all the tourist attractions. We never felt unsafe on the property. Owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again! is o stairs very tavailable.

Steps to the sea

Rental was very clean and met our needs. Easy access, close to everything on Anastasia. Unit was dated but in good shape. Be prepared to climb stairs.

Great Condo!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was communicative with very detailed expectations and check in was a breeze. I’ve had VRBO’s where the code wouldn’t work leaving my family stuck outside for hours but not in this case! A few things that made this condo great for us was liquid hand soaps in each bathroom and kitchen (I usually bring these) extra shampoo and body wash, very nice touch, plenty of linens and towels and enough living room seating for all of us. The beach chairs were perfect too. The only thing we could have used 1 more of was a garbage bag! Maybe leave 2 extra for families for week long stays. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach and it’s SO quiet at night in the complex. The pool is really nice and wasn’t crowded. This location is 10 driving minutes to Old town St. Augustine, so super easy to get there for dinner and shopping. We had a great week and no one wanted to leave. Thank you!

Perfect Family Beach Stay

The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Everything in the listing was accurate and we all really enjoyed ourselves on our family vacation. I would highly recommend this condo for a family beach trip.

What a great city. We picked the perfect location for spring break. Nice amenities, the beach was wonderful for the kids. We would definitely consider visiting again.

Comfortable condo just steps from the beach

This is a very comfortable place to stay for a long weekend, or even longer, and the proximity to the ocean and beach is very hard to beat. The interior design is a tiny bit dated but very well maintained. Furniture was new or nearly new and comfortable, as were the beds. Although we didn't take advantage of it, the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and had a decent stove for cooking. Although the balcony doesn't have a sea view (we knew this ahead of time from the photos), the view is pleasant and we enjoyed having breakfast there. Overall we had a very nice time here and would love to return for more of those lovely walks on the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 4! Cleanliness was 10/10! Beach access was beautiful and not busy! Overall loved our stay!

We loved our stay!

The condo was immaculate, pool refreshing, and the location is just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Candy did a great job thinking of what we may need for our stay from toiletries to beach gear.

Nice place! The short walk to the beach was very convenient. There is a wash station directly next to the boardwalk to the beach. The provided camp chairs and umbrellas were helpful. The owner generously provided full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each full bathroom. There were liquid hand soaps in the kitchen and each bathroom. The owner also starts guests out with one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There is also one garbage bag in the kitchen trash can, so you'll want to bring/buy more. The condo was well-kept, clean, and nicely decorated. If needed, the owner is just a text message away, and replied promptly. We enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding Accommodations!

Could not be happier with the accommodations! Cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, ease of check-in, very close to reataurants and attractions, and such easy access to the beach only a few short minutes walk away, all rolled into one terrific stay. Just what we hoped for.

Beautiful unit. Clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The owner has attention detail. Great location. Unfortunately, I can’t say that complex is very quiet. Hopefully we just picked the wrong week, just before Independence Day. We would stay here again.

Lovely roomy 2 bedroom in a great location

Nice place in a good location. Very short walk to the beach. Two bedrooms in two stories and two and a half bath which was a nice Plus. Reconsider if you can't do steps. They took good care to deliver a clean place. Candy was very responsive with my questions. I would consider this location again if I was staying in the area. Close to Publix, Winn-Dixie and Starbucks.
