Check in process was very easy and the owner was accomodating. House was clean and as advertised. Location was great being so close to Harbor Town and easy access to bike paths. We rented bikes and rode almost everywhere in Sea Pines. Pool was cleaned and maintained twice while we were staying on property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place, very convenient

This spot was great all around. Very clean and private. Super close to harbour town, everything very easy to get to via bike or trolley. The pool was also very nice, overlooking the golf course. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would book again!

Summer 2025 vacation

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The owners were easy to contact and responded right away. The house was perfect for our family of 5. And an easy bike ride to Harbor town. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return next year!!

Perfect Spot

This house is great! Communication was amazing leading up to our stay, the house was very clean when we arrived and is extremely well stocked with everything you could need to make it feel like home while you are there. I highly recommend this one to others and it will be on our list for another stay in the near future!

This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. The owners were incredible to work with, it was exactly as described, the furnishings were beautiful, and everything is at your fingertips. In addition, the location was spectacular! I hope er will have the opportunity to stay again next year!!!!!

Amazing Property and Unmatched Communication

The property was everything we expected and more, from the heated master bathroom floors (nice touch) to the heated pool, views, etc. What really made the stay perfect was that we had a couple of maintenance issues that arose and the owners took care of them immediately. The pool light was out and they had a maintenance person on site the next morning to replace it. The pool heat stopped working soon after that and our text was immediately responded to and the issue resolved. About 3 days in we realized the HVAC wasn't working due to a tripped breaker (we didn't need it the first 3 days so we didn't notice). The owners immediately contacted a maintenance company who came at 10:30pm to resolve the issue, same day. Communication is everything and it really made the stay absolutely perfect.

Active Duty Air Force Friends

The place itself is beautiful and location was great. If I had to make a suggestion, we would have loved to use the pool but it was too cold and the cost of heating it for the 5 days we were there is outrageous ($500-600 on top of the cost of the home rental) which was not stated in the description. There were 3 propane tanks: one for the grill which worked, one for the gas fire pit that did not work as the handle was completely frozen, and an extra one which was empty. We had to unhook the one from the grill to use on the fire pit. The string of lights above the gas fire pit, half of the lights were not working. We were asked to wash the beach towels before we checked out if used but no laundry soap was provided so we had to buy some then leave it there. With all that said, the house was clean, decorations were beautiful, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were amazing, and the owners were very responsive and kind. Overall we were happy with the home and stay

Sept weeklong stay

Beautifully updated home and grounds. Kitchen well appointed. Good location. Would suggest increased seating in family room.

We loved every minute of our stay. The home is lovely and beautifully decorated. The pool and the golf course make it so nice and peaceful. The info provided regarding the home, restaurants, area etc was incredible!!! Not one detail was omitted. We look forward to our next stay. Just want to stay longer!

Loved the trails

Highly recommend renting bikes. The trails were everywhere and there were many things to see. Harbor town was a short walk for dinner and ice cream. Recommend Chow Daddy's restaurant, short 10 minute walk, great burgers and tacos.

Fantastic location and stay

Unbelievable location within short walk of Harbor Town. Home was comfortable, convenient, and clean. Would stay again for a future trip with my family.

Fabulous Find

Great location so close to harbor town yet hidden away from the crowds. House had everything we needed and the bathrooms were really nice. View of pool from LR allowed us to keep eye on kids and watch the golfers.

Heron on Eleven- comfortable luxury!

Beautiful home, fabulous location and the appointments were perfect and the pool was so nice. We wish we could stay another week! The owners are kind and helpful, too.

Short Beach Trip

House is just as listed. Clean and has all the beach items you need. Pool and backyard view of golf course is pretty. Newly updated bathrooms are all nice.

Wonderful! Stay here!!!!

Absolutely no complaints. Stay here for an stress-free and relaxing experience (even if you have to bring your MIL). Our kids loved the pool and proximity to activities. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Spring Break in Sea Pines

From the moment of our booking Leslie was supportive, informative and responsive to all of our Spring Break planning needs. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Location was perfect with easy bike access to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Beach Club and South Beach Marina. Personal thanks to Leslie for making our stay so special and hope to come back in the future.

Excellent Sea Pines stay

6 of us stayed here (4 adults and 2 kids) and we were very pleased with the location and amenities. They heated the pool at the last minute for us which was wonderful! Communication was perfect. This is a perfect spot for a small family to stay.
