Close enough to Coligny Plaza and the new Low Country Celebration Park to enjoy the many venues for dining, shopping and entertainment yet far enough away to enjoy our less crowded beach. Our villa is just steps to the sandy beach without having to cross any streets. Just walk through the beautifully landscaped courtyard to our private beach access boardwalk and beach mat.

Our Villa has 3 floors of living space. The top floor features 2 master bedrooms with King sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main floor has the kitchen with dining table for 6 people, living room and balcony with a sliver view of the ocean. The main entry has the foyer, laundry room and full bath. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV, sofa and desk.

The back deck has table/chairs for 6 people, a charcoal grill and a storage box filled with beach gear. The community pool with beach entry with lounge chairs is located just off our patio and also features an outdoor shower.

The villa features a private carport and small drive that can accommodate 2 cars. This is a quiet oceanfront community that has only 30 units. Enjoy the lush greenery, large oak trees and ocean access.
