Awesome place to stay in HH. Communication with the property manager was super easy. The villa was comfortable and had a great location. We really enjoyed the pool in the complex and the proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful vacation at Jennifer’s Hilton Head townhouse. It is beautiful, exactly as advertised. We traveled with a two-year-old and a four months old baby and the house was very comfortable. It is a few steps away from a kids friendly pool and a short walk from a beautiful beach. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes car ride, basically within a walking distance from the townhouse.Jennifer was very helpful and quickly responded to questions. The check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, no issues whatsoever. We had a beautiful weather in September, and the beach was stunning. Wonderful experience overall. We will be back for sure!

Great Holiday Getaway

Great location and plenty of room for our holidays day! Plenty of room for us to be together or curl up elsewhere and read a book. Location to restaurants and other amenities was perfect. Plenty of top-notch golfing nearby…Would stay here again in a second!

We had a wonderful week at the Villa! Everything was sparkling clean and looked exactly as photos depict. Less than 3 minute walk and you are on the beach!! Poolside patio views with your morning coffee. Lower level was perfect space for the teens. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was perfect and very clean with nice updates and plenty of space. The hosts were extremely attentive for any questions we had. Pool was really nice and location to the beach was a short walk. We will definitely be back and highly recommend

Golf and Coligny Beach

Great location steps from the ocean and a short walk to Coligny beach, shops, and restaurants. Great golf on the island. Overall a very nice, updated, and clean place with a bed and bath for each of us (family of 4) in a perfect location. We had an amazing time!

Very clean and spacious unit. Close to the beach. Quiet complex with beautiful pool. Kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare food with. Easy walk to Coligny area. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this unit.

Everything about this property is perfect. Close to the pool, the beach, parks, stores and shops. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Rena was super responsive with our questions and we are looking at dates to return again next year with our new grandbaby! Highly recommend.

Villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. Communication with owner and property manager was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again and again!

Beach vacation

We loved this villa ! It is great location , steps to the beach ,walk to Coligny Plaza , my favorite shopping . Owners have renovated with such great decor . A binder with favorite restaurants was a great find . We’ve been to Hilton Head before and found delicious new recommendations! Wonderful stay ! Mary Ann

Location

The condo is very nice, looks just like the pictures! The location is perfect. Walk or bike everywhere, including on the beach! The pool is just steps from condo and beach is a short walk. The wagon that was included was perfect for carrying everything to beach.

Awesome condo!

We loved everything about our condo! It was extremely clean and very convenient to restaurants, golf, and activities. Proximity to the beach was awesome. It was so nice to come home and cool off at the pool. The property manager was great to work with and it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. so glad we found this condo, I would stay here again!

Tri level remodeled co do

This condo was perfect for me and my family! Remodeled wonderfully and exactly what we needed for our trip. Perfectly functional - nice pool - easy private access to the beach and walking distance to coligny plaza! It was the perfect beach condo and clean too ! Also, had a nice grill to cook out on the back patio with - I liked the fact that the back patio was in the shade in the afternoons - definitely made it more pleasant and relaxing

This is our favorite complex at HHI! Love the location, pool and easy beach access. Also, the layout of the condos is wonderful because of the second den / living area. This condo is well updated and very nice. Clean and welcoming upon entry. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Only complaint is ALL of the mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. Once that issue is fixed, this condo is perfection!

Hi Abbie, I'm so glad to that enjoyed the condo! We are very particular with the cleaning and work hard to keep the furnishings and decor updated and welcoming. I am very surprised to hear your comments about the mattresses as they are relatively new and good quality. We have only received compliments and sleep on them ourselves. Perhaps it is personal preference :) Regardless, we will take another look at the mattresses and we appreciate your comments. Our complex is a hidden gem on the island and we certainly hope to welcome you back again. Take Care!

Nice spot

The condo was very nice, we had 6 adults, the two king beds upstairs comfortable! The two singles downstairs need to be replaced but for kids who don’t care probably fine. Floors could have been cleaner, the pool was very nice! Beach access and the beach itself really nice, very clean. We would come back 😁

This condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head adventure! We loved the fresh updates—beautifully refinished floors, a bright kitchen, and fresh paint that gave the whole place a clean, coastal feel.The location is unbeatable: just a quick stroll to the beach and literally steps from the family-friendly pool. We could hop between the ocean, pool, and condo with ease—especially handy between quick rain showers or when we wanted a snack break.The owner was wonderfully responsive and easy to work with. Pro tip: pack a few extras like paper products, towels, and your favorite kitchen items if you plan to cook—then you’ll be all set for a carefree stay.We left relaxed, happy, and already planning our next trip back!

Great location, very clean

Overall it was a decent stay. Nice location with beach access. We did not receive check in instructions from the property manager prior to our arrival per the listing. We had to contact the host for the gate and door code. Property manager was very slow to respond but the host was responsive and quick to find a solution for the gate code not working. We had to be let in from another resident. There were no sponges to clean dishes with, not enough towels for our 3 day stay and only one laundry pod. Also there was no beach towels.

Thank you for your review, Sophia. I'm sorry that there was so much confusion with your check-in. My property manager is usually very responsive and timely with providing the check-in information. The complex had just switched to a new gate company who reset all of the codes without notifying the owners which impacted the code you were given. I appreciate the feedback on the towels and kitchen supplies as I have a new cleaning company and will speak with them about supplying adequate towels and the basics of a kitchen and bathroom starter kits. Please note that we do not supply beach towels nor advertise that we do. I'm glad that you enjoyed our beautiful location and easy beach access. I hope to have you stay with us again.
