Bright, airy, well appointed beach house, short walk to beautiful San Clemente beach, trails, park, pier, unique shops, world class restaurants, cafes. Has all the amenities you need from a vacation home away from home. Full kitchen with ocean views, spa-like bathroom with Brodell Swash toilet, master bedroom also has ocean views, second bedroom has attached balcony, sip wine have coffee on the second floor balcony that has ocean views as well. Great friendly neighborhood. Wonderful location close and central to everything San Clemente has to offer including outlet shops, golf, pier fishing, swimming, surfing beach, train stop. New Building built 2010 with ole’ Hansen architecture, only 3 units in building. Parking in the building, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas provided.

Great Experience

We stayed for 4 nights and found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was close to our family member in the area, shopping and the beach - so convenient.

A week in downtown San Clemente

Very comfortable apartment with off street parking. We had a great time walking to all the restaurants in downtown SC, one block from the apartment. And a short, half mile, walk to the SC pier and SC beaches.

Summer holiday in San Clemente August 2023

We spent 18 days in this awesome appartement coming from Germany to visit our son. Great views from all rooms to the Pacific. The appartement is very well equipped. You can feel at home from the very first moment. Its in the center of San Clemente, lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. We will return for shure

Convenient clean

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. Everything you needed was there. Original Listing could be clearer that washer/dryer only available after 6 night stay. Only 2 bath towels for 2 adults. Other than that was very attractive and bed is comfortable.

Stale, Unclean Odor

There is a stale, unclean, old furnishings odor throughout the unit, even with the windows open during our entire 5-night stay. The bed linens did not smell clean and fresh, and the bathroom towels were dinghy and stained. I found two strands of hair in the kitchen wash towel. The unit felt cluttered with tchotchkes and unnecessary decor.The host stated that the unit had recently been deep cleaned. People's standards of cleanliness differ, so just something to be aware of. The host also stated that I should have brought up the odor issue during the beginning of our stay. But not something I want to, nor should have to, deal with during our vacation.

Surprising and inaccurate at best. We have been hosting for 11 plus years and never was there a complaint or issue about a suppose "odor" or "smell" in the unit. For one, the unit is one of the newer buildings in the neighborhood having been built in 2010. The furnishings/sheets are constantly and regularly changed to new. We would not be in the Top 10 list of "guest favorite" in San Clemente if we did not run these vacation rentals properly. We also just had a long term (2 months) tenant prior to this guest and as per custom, we just had the carpets and rugs and couches, deep cleaned and shampooed. We also immediately had other guests check in after them and not one guest ever mentioned anything about a smell or uncleanliness. Interestingly enough, they did mention that her daughter competes in equestrian events in the next town (reason for renting our unit), they did opt for $1500 damage coverage which was completely and promptly returned/refunded to them in full after they checked out, and our housekeepers found things in order. Everything is displayed in photos, and they know exactly what they are renting. Of course they would complain of something hard to prove (i.e. smell) and unseen. These seems to be a projection and gaslighting over something which they thought I might complain about after they check out.

Great location just a few blocks from Del Mar Street and Camino Real. We loved the set up of the space and everything matched what was listed. Very nice and clean. We would book again for future visits!

Great place to stay in San Clemente!

We loved staying here! The place was decorated so nicely and it was so clean! We stayed with our 2 young kids and they loved it as well. You are just steps away from Del Mar and all the great restaurants and shopping! You can walk to the beach, but we choose to drive it as we didn't think our kids would make it back up the hill! But we would highly recommend staying here!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Great location, so conveniently located! Walkable to pretty much everything that San Clemente has to offer. But not situated in a busy part of town, located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parking in property is a plus but can also be easily reached by train (station is 4 blocks away) but not close enough to hear the train noise. There is a salon on the street level of the building should guests be inclined to use their services (by appointment only). Upstairs private residential unit maximum 6 people at a time.

The residential house upstairs can be divided into two separate units, larger unit B can is perfect for a couple and two kids and studio master suite C is perfect for a couple. Or can be rented by one group/family and open the access door in between two units. Each unit has its own washer/dryer (only if rented 6+ nights).
