This 2BR/1BA home is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway in sunny San Clemente.

Centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego, about 1 hr to San Diego Airport and 1.5 hrs to LAX.

Enjoy a private patio, AC, fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi (300 Mbps), and cozy living space for TV or board games. King and queen bedrooms, beach gear included, plus 1 covered parking spot.

We loved our stay at Sunny Villa by the Sea. Every detail was thought through. The property was immaculate, the kitchen well equipped, the beds so comfortable. Our small dog loved the patio as did we! And San Clemente is so fun and very dog friendly. Highly recommend!

We booked this home for our wedding weekend. My wife and I stayed at the house, but had our bridal party come over and get ready with us the morning of the wedding. The host was super accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had! The house was clean, spotless, and so welcoming. All of the necessities were provided including bathroom essentials and kitchen essentials. The only downside to this home was the parking. Luckily we had one spot assigned to us, but the rest of it is street parking which made it hard for our bridal party the morning of the wedding. BUT that is a one off situation, and if we were just there for a normal stay with the two of us, then the parking situation would’ve been perfect. Long story short - we would definitely book again!

Listen, if you’re trying to survive a vacation with two adult sons and two dogs without needing a silent retreat afterward, book this place immediately. This San Clemente pad was so clean I didn't feel the need to douse the entire perimeter in Lysol—a true vacation anomaly.The full kitchen was essential because my sons eat like they’re preparing for hibernation, and the host was a total legend. Even the dogs approved, which is saying something since they’re usually more judgmental than a panel of Olympic gymnasts. They were obsessed with the park two blocks away, which was perfect for letting them tire themselves out so I could enjoy a glass of wine in peace.Best of all? The beach and shops are a 10-minute walk away—just far enough to get some exercise, but close enough that I could "accidentally" lose the boys and spend some quality time with my credit card. 5 stars. I’d stay again in a heartbeat, if only to keep the dogs from giving me that "this isn't my bed" side-eye.

It was a lot further walk than we anticipated to the beach that was disappointing. We thought we were closer to the beach than we were but all in all had a good time.

Wes and Tahnee's place was perfect. It was close to the beach, walking distance to stores, and the property had everything we needed! They were also super on point about communication, definitely appreciate our hosts! Would certainly stay here again if I was in the area

Christmas in San Clemente

We had a lovely 2 night stay over Xmas with my husband, 2 grown sons and dog. The unit was comfortable, clean and cute! We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach walking path.

Cozy beach getaway

Cozy 2 bedroom unit. Quiet neighborhood with elementary school and park a few blocks away. Steep driveway. Wonderful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again.

San Clemente Holiday

We were here visiting our son, who is a U. S. Marine. This location was perfect for us. Close to everything and very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely use this company again.

This home was perfect for me and my Marine son and his wife. It was clean and had all the amenities so we were able to stay in and cook for ourselves giving my son some much needed rest relaxation.

We needed a place nearby as we are having fumigation done on our house. We looked at the listing and unlike some others it was exactly as displayed. Communication was easy and a great location close by beach in downtown. The only thing to watch out for is narrow very steep, curving driveway. Unless you have a smaller car or a good backing down, steep driveways, best park in the street. That also makes for a nice evening view of the lights, though, gotta take the good with the bad.
