You will be overlooking almost the entire expanse of Shinnecock Bay every day you spend at this cozy, comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage. There are no 2 days where the view has looked exactly the same. It has remained magical for every guest (and homeowner) for generations! Even a cloudy day cannot detract from the view. Updated exterior and landscape, updated granite kitchen. This family home is spotless, easy to get to and a short ride to either bay or ocean beaches. The Hampton Bays L.I.R.R. train station and town center is just a 5 minute ride. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, 5-time host of the U.S. Open is a 5 minutes away. The home is located just 10 minutes from some of the best shopping in Southampton Village. After some fun at the beach, in town or on the many golf courses, come home to an expansive deck with comfortable chairs and let the breeze of Shinnecock Bay cool you off as you take in the setting sun and spectacular views. Stay in and barbecue, use the fabulous kitchen, order in, or be a foodie and indulge at some wonderful nearby restaurants. After a great meal and evening fun, enjoy a well deserved nights rest in comfortable beds and a peaceful spot. Great for couples, family/friends getaway. We welcome long term rental options. A week in the Hamptons

Fantastic house with a unique view. It has everything and more you need. We love the fact that it was kept as a family home. Andre was on hand all the time and could not have been more helpful and prompt in his reply.

6 High Street

We have had a wonderful time. It is a great opportunity to spend uninterrupted time with our two adult daughters. The house is well equipped, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located near so many things yet it’s not in the middle of “the scene.” The unobstructed view is such a gift and takes my breath away every time I look out a window or sit on the deck.

Hampton Bays Vacation

The accommodations were comfortable, up to date, and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to restaurants, grocery shopping, beaches, and other activities. My family enjoyed every minute and hope to return next summer.

Great House

The owner Andrea was great! The communication was excellent. The ocean beach was remarkable. The pictures and description of the house was the most accurate of any VRBO property we've stayed in prior to this house. The gift basket that was left for us was so helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay in Andre's Hampton Bays home

The home has a gorgeous view with outdoor space to take it all in. It is clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. There was everything one could want for a vacation near the beach. Communication with Andre was great. He was welcoming and provided us with excellent instructions and suggestions for our stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to emergency storm warnings, but that process was also seamless thanks to Andre's easy communication and willingness to refund our lost day. We are very appreciative and highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home to stay in in the Hamptons

We had so much fun in this home Very comfortable for our family. We stayed two weeks and even though it rained it was wonderful We watched lightning over the bay. What a wonderful view. We really enjoyed the upper deck. Very peaceful. Andre is the best host ever. We really enjoyed the goodies basket. Very special touch. Peaceful Hamptons escape

This was a great experience. The place was a wonderful escape from the chaos of NYC. The owner was excellent in ensuring all was well. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The surrounding area has great restaurants and wonderful beaches.

Wonderful stay

The house was clean and in a great location. It also had everything you needed. The beach was a short distance away as well as a couple of supermarkets and several restaurants. Andre was very helpful! We strongly recommend this house and would definitely go back.

Perfect!

This is a great house, in the perfect location, with a wonderful owner ( Andre). We had six people stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking out at the bay , and relaxing with our family. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by which were all good. Andre was so helpful for weeks before our arrival with any questions and also when we arrived and during our stay. It was a perfect place for our long weekend on Long Island.

Thanks for the memories !

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and what a view overlooking the Shinnecock Bay. Plenty of room for our family of five and everything you needed was there - beach chairs, umbrella, deck table and chairs, cable tv and good WiFi. While AC was functional, the breeze off the bay was nature’s own ac. Good time, good memories !!

We take the time to provide as much details about the home, and surrounding area as we can to make sure you have as much detail as possible and can get the most out of the home, the area and your vacation.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are some great estates in the Hamptons — but this house has a one-of-a-kind view of Shinnecock Bay. We were are blessed to have the view we have. No matter the season — even the middle of winter — there is something that remains magical about the view. The Inlet being directly in front of us… the marine traffic is beautiful to watch… the moon shimmering off the water at night… the cool breeze on a hot day.

We are also situated right in the middle of the Hamptons — a short ride from both Hampton Bays and Southampton Village. It is an easy drive to Westhampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Montauk as well as a visit to the North Fork farms, wineries and destinations.
