A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities at Sea Colony, including the private beach, indoor pools, outdoor pools*, tennis & pickleball courts (reservations required), amenities at the West Lake Activity Center* and Aquatic Center*, Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center, and the Sea Colony Tram Transportation System*.

The property was exactly as described, very nicely updated and super clean! It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were recently renovated as was the kitchen. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions that arose. Recommend highly!!

Andy was easy to work with. The unit on round robin was perfect. Excellent location for tennis/pickleball. Unit is updated. We’d stay here again.

Perfect place for Easter Weekend/Spring Break Getaway

This Vrbo was lovely and convenient. Walkable to beach, restaurants and Sea Colony amenities. We all enjoyed our time there including my 11 year old son and 85 year old mom!

We felt that the fact that this is a 2nd flr unit with lots of stairs was not adequately disclosed until after we made the commitment to rent. Yes, there was an exterior picture, but it showed 3 step into the unit unless you spotted the tiny unit number on the wall, which we did not. Being seniors, this was a major disappointment. Also, a couple of the steps are higher than the rest which was a trip hazard. That said, The interior of the unit was as described and felt a little larger than the pictures indicated. Generally, it was very clean, BUT the multiple urine stains on the king mattress pad, which we could not get off to wash was unpleasant, and the shades in the room have no way to raise them to let in light - annoying. The bathroom in the King bedroom is very small, but adequate. In the dining area, The only table is a bar height table which was uncomfortable if used for any period of time. A regular height table would be a big improvement. The king bed was fine, but the queen bed was very/too soft. It did not support weight well. The unit was well equipped with pretty much all the basics. The TV was a bit of a pain - mainly because there were no instructions provided so we had to hunt and poke to try to find what we wanted. The location is great: walking distance to the market village, a nice pool, and the West Lake Rec. area.

Sorry if you had any issues. I will leave better instructions for future renters. There was a remote control for shades in bathroom and most folks are familar with Roku TVs .

This was our second year staying at this property. We returned and found the condo ready for our stay and had a wonderful week. Despite the ocean being unswimmable for several days, we had a great vacation. There is so much to do at Sea Colony and in the area. We are looking forward to returning!

Great location and stay

This rental is located perfectly within a private community. Right next to the tram stop, that shuttles you to and from the beach. Great communication from owner. Very clean, with well stocked kitchen.

our favorite house at Sea Colony

We have stayed at about a half dozen other houses in Sea Colony and each always had some issue like not enough cooking utensils or uncomfortable mattresses or lighting too dim, etc. This place had no issues! Everything seemed considered, even down to the premium toilet paper. The owner was super fast with communication too. Highly recommended!

Liked the condo, updated kitchen, no carpeting, very clean, liked the location. Easy to find parking. The only complaints would be the seating (couch and arm chairs) were not comfortable the beds were too soft and a coffee maker would be a welcome addition.

Wonderful Time

From the moment we arrived, we felt tranquility and joy. The property was perfect and met our needs. The proximity from the beach was ideal - it felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood, but in reality we were a few blocks from the beach. We had access to everything we needed within a mile or two. We are 100% looking forward to booking again. Thank you!

Great location in Sea Colony

Nicely (mostly renovated) condo in Sea Colony. Super close to the beach and shops at Sea Colony Village so you can walk to the beach and not wait for the trolley. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Wi-Fi in the unit was fast. The only suggestion I would have is more pots/pans for cooking. Water temperature was not always super hot, but we were warned in advance by the owner. It is summer so we didn't mind. Beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Amazing and worries free :)

Amazing place with everything you need for worries free and relaxing vacations. Kitchen has everything you need including nice coffee station. Beds are very comfortable and in really good condition. The best part is an amazing Owner with very easy communication. He even mailed my left behind glasses without any problems and questions. I would definitely rent again and maybe we will next year depends on our plans. So don't be hesitant and go for it - you are going to love it!

The unit is very nice. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the place. This apparently was a known problem as there were also ant traps all over the place. The ant problem was so bad that before I left, I picked a can of raid and left it on the counter for the cleaning crew or owner to use. Also, there was a man staying in the unit nextdoor. He was seen looking around the privacy wall and staring into our unit. Strange!

Lovely property in perfect location. We have been vacationing in Sea Colony for ten years and this property is perfectly situated just a quick walk to the beach. Andrew was great to deal with - very quick to respond.

Good stay

The condo is nicely appointed and in good condition. It is quiet, and close to the beach and shops. Very convenient that way. The only issue we had was the hot water ran out pretty fast, but there were six of us, and we did laundry, too. The owner was very responsive. We had a nice stay.
