111 E. Huisache is the quintessential beach home! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom elevated beach house has plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 guests between two floors. The home has an exterior staircase that leads to the second and main level of the house. Upstairs consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The living room provides seating around a large flat screen TV. Just off the living room, there is an open concept dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was recently renovated in 2021 and features stainless steel appliances, as well as ample counter space for preparing home cooked meals. A sliding door in the kitchen provides you with access to the upstairs deck that overlooks the private heated pool! The large deck has an outdoor dining table and is equipped with a propane grill for enjoying cook outs. Back inside, you will find the Master bedroom, equipped with a King size bed and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom. Guests have the choice between two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a King size bed and the other with two Queen beds. Between the bedrooms is a shared guest bathroom.

Downstairs on the ground level, the property offers a complete in-law suite! The suite has a private entrance and its very own living room, kitchen, bedroom and attached bathroom, and a half bath. The bedroom is equipped with a King bed and flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen and living room are open concept, with the kitchen providing a two burner stove top, microwave, full refrigerator and sink. A large flat screen TV is mounted in the living room. Sliding doors lead out to the patio and the private pool! Take a dip, or lounge in the sun!

The home is perfect for family or friends who simply want to enjoy the beach like a local! You'll find the sand and waves, plus shopping, restaurants, nightlife and much more, just steps from your door!

Great price, location and pool!

This property was exactly what we thought it was. Great price for an excellent location. Pool was nice and was walking distance to the beach. Really close to rental places as well. Definitely would stay again.

End of summer getaway

The property was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. There wasn't a hot tub which we were looking forward to. It's also 2 separate units that can be rented out as 1. The bottom unit is completely closed off from the top floor, so you have to go outside and access stairs to get into the top unit. We'd stay again.

The house was very spacious and accommodating the pool was very clean and big the only issue I had was the ants I had to call a couple of times for treatment but overall we had a wonderful time and would love to rent the property again in the future

Family getaway

We have stayed at this house before as we love the location and the space/pool. The only thing was the water pressure was low when showering and the pool was too hot at times. We had a great time and hope to be back!!

My family and I stayed at this condo this week in early had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo itself is nicely decorated , with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for many meals. We really enjoyed with easy access beach. The house nicely and had a wonderful pool where we spent many hours. We enjoyed Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing Thank you.

Needs more work!

Great location, very close to the beach literally a 2 min walk! Pool was great, very spacious. However the house does need a lot of improvements starting with the restrooms, very old shower heads literally felt like no water was coming out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, 2nd bedroom sheets were stain but my guess is because of how old the are stains don’t wash off.

Above Average

This house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and very well kept. The house actually has two separate living areas, which was very nice for our group. Location was great also. I would say they could improve a bit on supplies in the house. Also, grill was junk and didn't know it until we had already bought food for the grill. But overall it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. SPI was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy for us.

Met our Expectations

This property met our family of eights needs very nicely. It was close to the beach, had four bedrooms that slept everyone very comfortably and the rental company had great customer service. Had to call them a couple times and they were very responsive. Property itself is a no frills property. Amenities, furniture and physical space are all made for the beach, rough short term renters and lots of wear and tear. If you're looking for something posh this isn't your property. Kids loved the pool as did the adults. The separate downstairs suite was great for the grandparents.

Overall, a good spacious place to stay.

This house was great in the fact that it was very spacious for a family/friends. Some things you'll need to bring yourself, because it was not provided: salt, pepper, coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, paper towels, cleaning spray (for counters and whatnot). Those are just some items I'm used to seeing at rental homes that were not provided here. The freezer takes a long time to freeze your items, so just keep that in mind. Overall, this was a decent house in a great location... everything is at your fingertips.

I was very disappointed when we got to the house because it was not clean and I called several times before my arrival to make sure the house was clean sanitized due to COVID-19. The floors were not cleaned you could see hairs all over the place from the prior guest and dead bugs on the wall. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and full of greasy as well as all the fans in the house were very dirty. The bathrooms were not clean either and you can tell the cleaning crew does not care to clean the base boards or doors because they were filthy. My daughter and I had to disinfectant the bathrooms to feel a bit more comfortable. I did call the office about this issues and a lady came over very quickly and just cleaned the floors again and left. The Pool was the only thing that was ok because even the balcony was full or hair and bottle caps. It's a very cute house and should be better taken care of because now it needs a lot of up keep. We should get our cleaning fee back because we had to clean during our vacation. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and make sure tour cleaning crew is doing their jobs properly especially during these Covid-19 times.

Nice, but....

Older, cute, pretty place. Nice furniture. Spacious kitchen. Great pool. But, the beds/mattresses are AWFUL. They are some type of memory foam and they are either very old, or very cheap; be prepared to sink in and also sweat all night. All the rooms have same mattresses. Air flow through the rooms isn't very cool. It was hard to get cool/comfortable. Be mindful that the refrigerator temp cannot be touched, and your food won't be cool until 24 hours after arriving. Water pressure is minimal. BBQ pit was half broken. We could only cook food on one side which took twice as long. The chairs at the pool had some gross white stuff on them (were not cleaned before we arrived apparently) The front door was near impossible to open. We would just walk to the back sliding door and get downstairs that way. We also lost hot water on the 3rd day. The maintenance guy couldn't fix it and the plumbers couldn't come out until the next day (check out day for us) They fixed it about 30 minutes before we had to check out. No showers for over a day. We were somewhat compensated, thankfully. But it was inconvenient for sure. Check in is 4pm; check out is 10 am. So you don't really get 3 full days. All in all, we enjoyed our time in the pool; we will use SPI Rentals in the future but not for this home.

I really wanted to leave a great review considering SPI was very helpful and pleasant with rescheduling our vacation from last year. Check in was extremely easy. Upon arrival to the house a toilet was out at the curb next to our house the entire stay. The house was clean at first, but within hours of being there a sewage smell occurred and stayed the duration of our stay. At times it was unbearable to where we had to keep doors open. It was coming from the spare bathroom where the water leaked the entire time from the bottom of the toilet. The bathroom stayed wet constantly. We had towels down to absorb, but the washing machine was not efficient for use for more that 4 towels to be washed at a time. Be prepared to not have a dryer available. Clothes and towels never completely dried even after 4 hours in the dryer. We ended up hanging things outside to complete drying. Not a big deal, but if you have kids, a leaky toilet and in and out of the pool it becomes taxing when trying to keep up with towels. The pictures are a bit misleading of the house. The home is not in that great of shape. We paid about $4000 for 5 days and in my opinion, I could have and probably should have gone to a 5-star resort for that amount. The pool was a saving grace for the kids and the fact that it was heated was a plus. I do not recommend this rental and will never rent again. I know pictures are sometimes deceiving, but this was downright dishonest.

Great Place

We had a small issue with the keyless entry, called SPI and within minutes they had someone onsite and fixed quickly. No other issues. The house shows some wear but we weren't there very much so it had no affect on our stay. The location was great as well.

Family trip 1st time SPI

The place was relatively clean but lacks cooking utensils. The space was adequate for us. The pool was great for the kids and used everyday including when it turned cold because the pool was heated. Nice having a washer and dryer. Location was good, close to many restaurants, block away from the beach. All in all it was a good trip.

First.. Easy check in without any issues. Then the location was great with access to the beach and to the main road. The most important thing about this trip was how much room my family had with this beach house. Will definitely be back.

This rental was by far the best where my family and I have stayed. The cleanliness of the whole house was excellent, the pool was pristine and clean. And the staff was really nice and friendly always checking on us and our stay at this house. We are definitely going back on our next vacation. This company is really professional.a 5 star rating

Experiences we're great fast food restaurants with accessible and were within walking distance there were three bedrooms upstairs one small apartment downstairs downstairs we ate breakfast at Josephine's the food was hot delicious and almost free
