Welcome to Oleander Oasis from Rent On Padre! This is a wonderful 3BR/2.5BA custom built duplex in the center of the island. You are going to love this house! Everything in here is high end. The house has a lot of custom built details that you will adore. This gorgeous house has an open concept. The kitchen is fantastic. From the Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, you won't want to leave. You will love this home as you continue in to the living room to the incredible ceiling fans and tray ceilings. Feel free to kick back and relax with this large sectional sofa and TV. Everything in this house is top notch.

This house has 2 wonderful patios. Picture yourself, after a day at the beach, coming home to relax on the back porch. During the summer, you can avoid the crowds and enjoy the Bayside Fireworks at Louie's, right from the privacy of your own patio. This beautiful house sleeps 10 people. The master bedroom has a wonderful King size bed as well as a day bed and trundle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The Third bedroom has a set of Full size bunk beds. Between the queen bedroom and the bunk room is a Jack and Jill bathroom. You also get a wonderful fenced in back yard to enjoy.

This is a fantastic gem on this island. You will want to come back again and again. Pets are welcome in this house. Please contact us to get your pet approved!

Overall good place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture and the beds were comfortable. It was clean however the rug in the living room smelt of pet urine. The patio furniture needed cleaning and some needed replaced. The gate post needs to be repaired. Having a yard for the dogs is a plus. The location was great, a nice walk to the beach access also a nice short walk to Cafe on The Beach for great food and drinks.

There were many great things about the property -- Close proximity to the beach, very clean with room for our family to spread out. Plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen items. Parking for all three of our vehicles. The host was very communicative and friendly. Things that could have been better - water was luke-warm, Door entry needs updating, small back yard is not very attractive, outside balconies could use updated cleaner furniture.

It was a very nice property, pet friendly. We took our 3 Pugs and one Yorkie. I didn’t leave 5 stars overall just because we were without power all day Saturday and it got too hot inside the house for the dogs. But spoke with management and electric company was doing maintenance. Nothing to do with the property itself but still too hot.

It’s a great and private location. Close to the beach and has ample space inside. Owners are always very easy to reach which is what I like.

Pros: decent place, large, clean, close to the beach. Cons: needs many small repairs, basic amenities not provided such as blankets, salt, coffee filters, body wash. To justify the price needs renovation and improvements. No pool, hot tub, 80 per pet charge which is listed nowhere. Overall ok stay but will look elsewhere next time.

Great Location and Amenities

Great location; neat everything SPI has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice extras like a load of laundry soap, dish soap, sanitizer and coffee saved us the time and grocery store trip. The beach is just a few houses down from this spacious and comfortable home.

South Padre Island

We had arrived early for check-in and Billie was very accommodating. The place was just as described. I loved the fenced in backyard for our fur baby. The balcony furniture made for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the sunshine. The king size bed mattress was by far super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep after long days in the sun on the beach. Overall it was a very nice place.

Comfortable and clean accommodations

Overall the property is as advertised and provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property was within a short walk to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown with weeds but that undoubtedly wouldn’t have been a real issue if we had larger dogs that could see easily over the weeds. Honestly I just appreciate anyone willing to allow pets so I don’t want to complain too much because it was a nice property, but a little regular maintenance of the yard would have made it perfect since that was really the reason we chose this house over other comparable properties in the area.

Grear location- cleanliness is questionable

This property is in a great location and has all the necessities. The only thing that was concerning was that my 7 year old found some dirty underwear and bra in the drawer of one of the bedrooms. Then I located a dirty shower towel in the bathroom. This caused me to question the thoroughness of the house keeping. If you're not that concerned about how clean a place is, then this is a perfect stay!

House review

It was clean and nice but we expected all rooms to be on one level. The backyard was so over grown we weren’t able to do anything back there let alone even go back there. There was a leak in the ceiling on one of the lightings. Water was coming in from underneath the doorway from outside
