Welcome to our updated 3 BR/2 BA lakefront home on 1.3 acres in Brier Creek - perfect for your family getaway! This property can be used year round! In the summer enjoy all the lake has to offer boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, or just floating the day away off the dock. The state park is less than 1mile away with a boat ramp, beach/play area, and miles of hiking/biking trails. If you want to enjoy some activities off of the water, Mammoth Cave National Park is about 38 minutes away, and the area has golf courses and horseback riding.

In fall and winter take in the beautiful colors while the leaves change and cozy up to a wood burning fireplace.

The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a large island, ideal for a quick snack or lunch before getting back out on the lake. The kitchen opens to spacious family room with a stone fireplace and large sectional made for watching movies with the family after a long day in your own giant cove. It really feels like being on the big water without all of the traffic.

The 10 x 26ft sunroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake is its own oasis. It has a custom dining table that seats 10 so your whole clan can sit down for a meal together. The sunroom sectional is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine looking over the serenity of the lake in what feels like your own adult treehouse. There is also a 20 x 25 foot covered porch perfect for dining alfresco and a deck off the front door for drying all of your lake gear.

When you are fully relaxed and ready to turn in, choose from a king bedroom, queen bedroom, or bunk room with 4 XL twin beds.

The setting was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, bedding was nice, mattresses were not the best, it’s a beautiful property, but pretty far from most everything. If you like being out in nature it’s the perfect place.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was very nice to have our own dock with a ramp close. The interior of the house was nice, and the sun room is a nice quiet place to enjoy breakfast with overlooking the lake. Some drawbacks were The wifi was terrible, had to drive to the dam to take a work call and The exterior could use some repairs on the porch

The property was really nice. I would recommend updated toilets and shower heads. Other than that everything was perfect. Lots of room to hang out and eat or socialize. Fire pit was also great for the evenings.

The only issue we had was with the dock. I think the pervious storm before our stay did some major damage to the steps coming down onto the dock. And a few missing boards on the dock. Handyman was there on our arrival and said he would be back to fix it but did not show while we stayed there. Internet worked but not the best

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The cabin was clean and well stocked. What a beautiful view from the sunroom area. Although the water was low in the lake, the family enjoyed swimming. Would definitely stay again!!

Well-equipped, comfortable, quiet, and private retreat house with everything one could ask for. Some external cosmetic elements need repair but none that effect the quality off tour stay. We had a great time and you will too!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again! All you need is enough groceries and you never have to leave the property. Amazing crappie and largemouth bass fishing from the dock and surrounding beach.

The view was beautiful! I loved sitting on the wrap around deck and the glass walled room overlooking the woods and water. The furniture was all comfortable.Very peaceful! We didn’t see a car pass the house or hear any neighbors.

The house yes was clean but there was mouse poop in kitchen drawers. A mouse trap in bathroom and in the kitchen. No one wants to see that. The shower off the kitchen needs a different shower head like to drown every time I took a shower.The house outside had places that was falling off. And the steps leading to the dock needs a lot of work. This property needs some TLC. Had two grills on the property and had to take stuff from one just to have a grill. If you’re going to have a rental at least take pride in it.
