Great and communicative host with a wonderful property and plenty of room in the house along with a big backyard and comfortable outside couches and table along with deck furniture. Steps from the beach was the best part.

Can’t say enough about this property. We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed how close the house is to the beach. The house is well appointed and has everything you would need during a beach vacation.

Mantoloking Home

The house was spotlessly clean, the owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house is stunning and the fact that it is a short walk to the beach made the whole trip. Can’t say enough about how much we loved our vacation here.

The property was immaculate. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and were just steps to the beach.

Jersey Shore Perfect

We had a fantastic visit. The beach is within walking distance. The house is well appointed and spotless. Can’t say enough about this property.

Great house, great owners

House is very tastefully done. It is 2 minutes from the beach and you can enjoy ocean breeze and view from 2 big balconies. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Very few people on the beach. The house is spotless and everything that is need for a family stay is there: pots, skillets, cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates and etc. Ed and Beatrice are trying to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Excellent Property

We can not recommend this property enough. It is beautiful, clean, and very convenient to the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay at the Jersey shore, this is the place to stay.

What a great 2 weeks. We felt like we were at a 5 star Beach Front hotel. Awesome House. Highly recommend to all.

Perfect 2 weeks stay in this beautiful home! Great location.

Beautiful home recently built and 1 block from private beach. The house was clean, bright and completely stocked with everything that was needed including beach badges for 10. Laundry on the main floor was terrific. We rented the house during Covid, coming from CT for a much needed vacation. We felt safe in the house and on the beach. The beach is private and never over crowded. Easy walk back to the house for lunch breaks. Beatrice was so helpful and kind. We had an AC issue and within a few hours the unit was repaired. Absolutely Wonderful Stay

Location, location, location! This property is beautiful and so close to the beach. Everyone could go and come at their leisure without having to pack up a car. To make it even better, beach badges to the private beach were included. We were able to enjoy the yard whether we wanted to tan or be in the shaded/protected picnic table area. The family room had comfortable couches and recliners for all of us to watch the big-screen TV The owners thought of everything to make our vacation truly stress free. Thank you so much!!
