Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed with room AC, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area & has a fan, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with comfortable seating.
There is no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by.
Upstairs unit is also a vacation rental.

Easy access to beach, food and fun!

Austin, the host is excellent and makes you feel home. 3 days of bliss. Peaceful.

Perfect spot- parking was a little hard, but not too bad. Peaceful except for the 4am wake up call from the upstairs neighbor…every morning.

Perfect location!

This is perfect for one person or a couple. Location is awesome to walk to the beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, amusement park, etc. Loved everything about it and will try to rent it out every time I come to visit my son.

Good access to beach and cafes

Unfortunately an attack of pancreatitis reduced our stay by a couple of days and ruined part of our stay. Place was clean and had nice amenities.

Clean and conveniently located!

We really enjoyed the location, had no noise issues with neighbors, and loved that the beach was a block away. For half of our meals we just walked a few blocks away and were never disappointed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in the condo right across the street from the beach. Belmont park is a fun spot, especially for families. We will be back!

Great location, steps away from the beach and bay

The property was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. The only downfall was no parking which I didn’t notice when I had booked. We made it work with a nearby lot and the owners gave plenty of options.

Loves the location close to the beach and bay. A completely walkable area. Restaurants and entertainment were easily accessible. On a rainy day, the condo was cozy and warm. Loved the had a hot water kettle for tea and cocoa.

Comfy place close to everything

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean, cute, and comfortable. Food, beach, and entertainment all within walking distance. Only complaint was parking was challenging at times. Enjoyed renting bikes and riding along the beach and the bay.
