Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed with room AC, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area & has a fan, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with comfortable seating.
There is no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by.
Upstairs unit is also a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Thank you to Austin for his wonderful customer service. Looking forward to booking this rental again the next time we're at Mission Beach.

This condo was the perfect size & perfect location for our time in San Diego. Loved that you get Starbucks, food, drinks or even a Lyft within walking distance. We alwats felt safe as well.Austin was great at communication from the beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach cottage

We loved this adorable condo! Steps from the bay and mission beach, easy walk to pacific beach and wonderfully updated interior. Modern & spacious inside with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication from Vinita & easy check in—we will be back:)

Great central location for exploring. Lots of nearby activities. Beach front and bay-cove fronts 100 yards away. Terrific location for Foodies! Condo is convenient and comfortable. All living necessities readily available. Very comfy mattress! Thx for a fun beach area experience!

Clean and updated

Great location. And as a personal owner of a cleaning business, they met the mark with the cleanliness. Quick feedback from the landlord, unlike many places. Definitely staying again!

Where's the parking

We had the neighbors Mustang to get around and parking a rental car in the lot we were told to park in was questionable and kinda a hassle.

Perfect spot- parking was a little hard, but not too bad. Peaceful except for the 4am wake up call from the upstairs neighbor…every morning.

Great Beach Vacation

Property was in a Great location. It was clean, comfortable and just like it was promised. We had an issue with the washer/dryer, but Austin came over within 15 minutes and had it all working. He even gave me a 6 pack of beer for my trouble. I would definitely rent the place again!!

Believe the instructions

Two things about parking - do as you're instructed, read the signs, I didn't because one night in the public parking was OK the next was not. Got a citation that'll cost me. The other is, don't drive away from your parking place on a busy day expecting to find parking when you return. Forgot it was Labor Day Weekend and parking any where was a premium. Finally found a place by the Bahia Hotel. The Condo itself was very nice. Thanks so much!

Mission Beach Stay

This was an absolute amazing stay!! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would like to visit this property again. Close to everything, steps away from beaches, easy checkin just an overall great find!
