Large 1 bedroom condo steps to Mission Bay. Large beachfront Jacuzzi.

Located on the second floor above Fanuel St. Park, which is very popular with young families. The complex is right on the boardwalk, you will have access to the bay view Jacuzzi.

King sized bed in the master, small fold-out couch in the living room -- Perfect for kids. All linens included, even beach towels!

Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and blender. Plastic cups provided for the Jacuzzi.

Dedicated work area in the living room with Steelcase Leap chair, USB-C hub, wireless keyboard / mouse, 2 x 27" monitors and charging station. One monitor is HDMI, the other is USB-C.

There is reserved parking for one car in the secured garage. Note: The parking spot is a very tight fit for an SUV.

Two beach-cruiser bikes with locks and helmets are included. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are provided.

300 Mbps internet service with wifi. TV with Roku in Living Room and bedroom. Rokus are set up in "vacation mode". You sign in with your own subscriptions and they automatically log you out of your accounts at your selected date and time.

Great location! Beach just steps away. Easy walk to ocean beaches. Well equipped kitchen and well stocked. Communication with host was almost instant. Loved our stay.

Stayed here for a few nights and overall had a good experience — giving this 4 stars.What we loved: The location right on the bay was fantastic, and having a dedicated parking space made everything easier. The host also stocked great outdoor amenities — bikes, beach chairs, and a wagon — which made getting around and enjoying the waterfront really easy. The host was responsive and went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in, plus gave some great local recommendations.A few things that could use attention: The main living room AC unit worked well, but the master bedroom had no real cooling — just a standing fan, which wasn’t enough on warmer nights. The master bedroom carpet also felt old and in need of a deep clean or replacement, and the bedroom windows had visible dust and cobwebs that could use a wipe-down.We’d stay again, but hoping these maintenance items get addressed for future guests.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, mission bay and pacific beach. Property was very clean and well equipped/stocked with necessities and fun items!Our only mention is the noise of the unit. The owner kindly provides ear plugs on arrival, however (for us), we felt it necessary to sleep with windows open so it didn’t get too stuffy. The surrounding area is somewhat loud being right on the bay. Ear plugs worked fine but if you have littles like us, make sure you bring a LOUD sound machine!

Excellent location and easy check-in. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, coffee maker, etc. and there were beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and bikes to ride. Short walk to the beach and places to eat. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

This was a fabulous place to stay while I was in town for a conference, and Diana was a terrific host. She let me check in early when I had to rebook my flight, and she answered all my questions. Everything was just as described on VRBO. It was very comfortable (amazing pillows on the bed!), clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. I loved being able to use a bike to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay at an affordable price. So close to the bay and the space was clean and cozy. We loved the jacuzzi and having a parking spot was so convenient. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow-we would absolutely book again! You can book this property with confidence :) we had a very pleasant stay. Photo is of the water front That is literally steps from the property. Amazing location!

Great place, 12 out of 10 location

I would highly recommend this apartment for any visit to San Diego. Firstly, the location is PERFECT. It’s right on the beautiful bay and walking distance to Pacific and Mission Beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. I worked from the apartment for a couple of days and the internet speed was great.Diana was very accessible and was very accommodating. We happened to be in town during the LA fires, and Diana allowed our brother and his family with 2 young kids stay with us while figuring out longer term accommodations.Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and we’d definitely stay again.
