Overlooking Osprey Lake, just a short distance to the beach, each villa is equipped with central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and blender, living and dining area, and washer/dryer. This villa provide access to the Lakeside community pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails. Bedroom accommodations are king in the master with private bath, and two queens in the second bedroom with a hall bath.

No smoking and no pets.
Bed & bath linens included.
Nightly rentals available year round.
No Charcoal Grills are permitted inside Lakeside Villas Community.
Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.

Great trip!

We have stayed in lakeside for about 19 years but fort time through Vrbo and it was as smooth as could be. Ease of contact and responses, much appreciated! Will def. Use tidelife again!

We have rented homes through the years that are not equipped for cooking at home. This place had every pan, bowl, spatula, plate and silverware and more that was needed.

Friend 20 year Reunion

The property was awesome! Very clean and top notch with everything you may need! I would love to bring my family back for a visit! The mattress in the master bedroom was amazing!!! We loved chit chatting in the screened patio and the den! The couch was very comfortable as well!!

Only a 11 minute walk to the beach where you will find the beach club. If you don’t like the sand you can sit on the patio overlooking the ocean where you will find chairs , rocking chairs and chaise loungers. TideLife Vacation rentals are so accommodating. nice location but cleaniness could use some work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea and unfortunately the place wasn't cleaned very well at all. The floors wasn't swept in the living room cause there was still food under the table and there was a sock and crumbs under the beds. The cable didn't work in the bedroom. The pools was great! However, the wanted the dishes cleaned but no soap or scrub brush was provided. This is a great location for restaurants!

Small issues with the property itself from the TV's having been disconnected and I had to connect cable and plug them in but not a major problem.
