Lakeside Villa 63B located in Litchfield by the Sea Community

Overlooking Osprey Lake, just a short distance to the beach, each villa is equipped with central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and blender, living and dining area, and washer/dryer. This villa provide access to the Lakeside community pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails. Bedroom accommodations are king in the master with private bath, and two queens in the second bedroom with a hall bath.

This property has a traditional drip coffee maker.

No smoking.
No pets.
Bed & bath linens included.
No golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, campers, buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS community.
Nightly rentals available year round (monthly rentals available in the shoulder season).
No Charcoal Grills are permitted inside Lakeside Villas Community.
Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.

Great trip!

We have stayed in lakeside for about 19 years but fort time through Vrbo and it was as smooth as could be. Ease of contact and responses, much appreciated! Will def. Use tidelife again!

Friend 20 year Reunion

The property was awesome! Very clean and top notch with everything you may need! I would love to bring my family back for a visit! The mattress in the master bedroom was amazing!!! We loved chit chatting in the screened patio and the den! The couch was very comfortable as well!!

Only a 11 minute walk to the beach where you will find the beach club. If you don’t like the sand you can sit on the patio overlooking the ocean where you will find chairs , rocking chairs and chaise loungers. TideLife Vacation rentals are so accommodating. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea and unfortunately the place wasn't cleaned very well at all. The floors wasn't swept in the living room cause there was still food under the table and there was a sock and crumbs under the beds. The cable didn't work in the bedroom. The pools was great! However, the wanted the dishes cleaned but no soap or scrub brush was provided. This is a great location for restaurants!
