The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with updated kitchenware, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The living room is located just off of the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a full size sleeper sofa perfect for kids and a balcony that faces the water park and pool area with plenty of seating. The private bedroom includes two Queen beds, a flat screen TV and a full size bathroom.

There are also South Carolina landmarks such as Atalaya, the picturesque, Moorish-style winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthropist and sculptor, respectively, who left the park and adjacent Brookgreen Gardens as their legacy.

Nature lovers also will enjoy the park’s Nature Center and wide variety of programming, including the chance to see loggerhead turtles and other endangered plant and animal species up close. The park’s freshwater lake is a sure-fire place to see alligators and sometimes even a mink or two.

Art lovers, meanwhile, flock by the thousands to the prestigious, juried Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival held each September in and around the former home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington.

The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk. In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that are linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. Also onsite is a Starbucks. The resort also has areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis and pickleball courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort.
