Great spot for walking between the French Quarter and Frenchmen St. The property was immaculate. Large set of 18 stairs from the ground floor to the main living area. If mobility isn’t an issue, you will be extremely happy choosing to stay here.

We had a WONDERFUL time! The rental was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for our group of five. All of our questions were answered very quickly. The location was unbeatable — walkable to everything, while still on a quiet and relaxed. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Gorgeous place!

The house had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Check in process was a breeze especially since we were allowed to check in early. Very nice place for a large group or a family!!

Loved the house! What a treat - felt like a local!! The Marigny is great and the house was comfortable and well appointed! Close to everything and we loved the Thai restarting down the street! Like all of NOLA, gotta be aware of your surroundings!!!

Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect house for our wedding weekend. My husband and I stayed here and my family was nearby. The home is modern, comfortable, and easily walkable to the French Quarter. We arrived early and were able to checkin without issue and were greeted with a bottle of bubbles and snacks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The owner was excellent at keeping us updated and answered my questions quickly. The home is absolutely beautiful , clean and well stocked with essentials ! The beds were extremely comfortable! The best VRBO we have reserved! Thank you Chris

Perfect spacious property in an ideal location!

I stayed here with some family members when my daughter got married in NoLa. Such a beautiful escape from the craziness of the FQ the week before MardiGras. Exceptionally clean and modern interior. Great neighborhood! The host immediately responded and corrected a couple minor issues and left us treats for our arrival. I will definitely return on my next trip to the Big Easy! 2 thumbs up!

Beautiful house and great location!

We loved everything about this house! It was so beautifully put together it was hard to believe it was a VRBO home!! The hone was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need...even coffee!! The location was perfect! There is everything you could ask for within a few blocks and a small convenience/wine/liquor store right across the street! I would stay here again and again! This was our best rental by far! We came for the National Championship game and had a great time - other than the outcome of the game. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, Starbucks, and Ruby Slipper (best breakfast in the world).

50th Birthday, perfect stay!!

We will stay here every visit! Chris was on it and responded promptly, he allowed us to check in early which was needed because of our early flight. Our private chef was so pleased with the fully stocked huge kitchen. This place was better than we imagined and while we only walked to the quarter once, the Uber ride was between 3-5 minutes. Lastly, but not least we walked to Robert's a really nice grocery store, only 4 blocks away! Thank you so much Chris for welcoming us to your fabulous city and Amazing home!

Fabulous Place to Stay!

A few friends came to New Orleans for the French Quarter Festival. The location of this property was perfect and in a cute neighborhood. Just a few minutes from Frenchman Street, lots of restaurants, and music. Loved the open floor plan with lots of light coming in. The décor was very cool, and everything was extremely clean. You can see high quality throughout the house (floors, kitchen cabinets, etc. – the house is extremely well-kept. Check-in/Check-out was simple. Such a fabulous house, and I would highly recommend it.

Design Delight Close to the Best of New Orleans

The photos do not do this property justice; the home was beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood with a short drive/walk to what we wanted to access: restaurants, historic sites, and night life. We were very comfortable here--the beds, pillows, furniture, etc. were all very comfortable and well kept. Beautiful kitchen worked out well for preparing some of our meals. And being able to open up the shades/windows provided a lovely view as well as the ability to hear some of the local music. We would absolutely return here in the future. Our only suggestion would be to better outfit the kitchen with glassware and dinnerware to better align with the number of guests allowed at this property, the rate, and the aesthetics of the accommodations.
