Living room has sofa and 40 inch flat screen tv and window AC unit. Located in a residential neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Suitable for two adults. Off street parking for one car. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Keurig coffeemaker. Cable tv and wifi. Apartment requires stairs. No children and no pets.

Wonderful little place

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was as wonderful, cozy, and peaceful as our first. It had everything we needed during our quick mountain getaway and we look forward visiting again!

Lake Placid Stay

Laurie’s place was great. It was clean and cozy. It was so close to the Main Street which was really convenient. I would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Quiet stay

Quaint little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Just the right amount of room to stay with all the amenities necessary. We will definitely come back and stay again in the future.

Nice clean quaint

Everything was good, property was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. Could have used a small shovel for the steps and deck when it snowed. Luckily I carry one in my car.

Wonderful stay

We stayed 5 nights for the IRONMAN triathlon. The apartment was extremely well appointed with everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected with a large walk-in closet off the bedroom and the small table area off the kitchen, so plenty of room for my bike and all the stuff you bring to an IRONMAN.

Great apt for price

Place was deceiving at first view as we pulled up but everything else was spot on, clean, great location for brief walk. Corresponding went seamless, Laurie was very friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for place in Placid.

7 minutes to horse show grounds

Cozy Cute Nest

Perfect little studio to relax while enjoying the sights of Lake Placid. Spectacularly clean and convenient to downtown. The hosts have thought of every detail and provided all the house appliances even night lights in the outlets. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
