One bedroom and one bath apartment conveniently located near Main Street Lake Placid. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in closet. Living room has sofa and 40 inch flat screen tv and window AC unit. Located in a residential neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Suitable for two adults. Off street parking for one car. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Keurig coffeemaker. Cable tv and wifi. Apartment requires stairs. No children and no pets.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. It’s clear the host (Laurie) takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable space. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Lake Placid.

Place was very clean, cute, cozy, centrally located and had everything we needed for our stay. Laurie was very responsive and gave suggestions of food and activities. Would stay here again.

The apartment was clean with great amenities (towels, good wi-fi, descriptions of hikes). The host provided great up-to-date information. Also, the location couldn't be beat. The apartment is a short walk from the downtown, central area. I would definitely stay there again if I visit the Lake Placid area.

As expected. Perfect location for IMLP and walking distance to Main Street adjacent to Mirror Lake but quiet residential area. Air conditioning worked well.

Quiet stay

Quaint little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Just the right amount of room to stay with all the amenities necessary. We will definitely come back and stay again in the future.

Lake Placid Stay

Laurie’s place was great. It was clean and cozy. It was so close to the Main Street which was really convenient. I would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Nice clean quaint

Everything was good, property was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. Could have used a small shovel for the steps and deck when it snowed. Luckily I carry one in my car.

Wonderful little place

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was as wonderful, cozy, and peaceful as our first. It had everything we needed during our quick mountain getaway and we look forward visiting again!

Great place to stay!

Place was well decorated, well equipped, and a great location to both Sarana Lk and Lk Placid! Laurie was great and very responsive! Will be back!
