This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which opens up to the lawn, woods and water views. Relax, watch the Geese and Ducks. Even a Heron drops by!
We are on the water so bring your kayak or canoe and go for an evening paddle to look for Beaver on the Pond. We do have a Canoe and Kayak available for your use on the Pond. We require the use of Life Preservers, we have approximately 4 available.
All this and only a 10 minute walk to Main Street and the Olympic Center.
For Ironman competitors its perfect!
If you don't feel like preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, a three minute walk will find you at 2 popular restaurants!
This is a fully furnished Apartment ready for a weekend or week long stay. Convenient off street parking and ample room for your camping gear, bikes and ski equipment.
Enjoy Lake Placid and the Olympic Region, everything is just minutes away!

For Ironman Week a five day minimum stay is required.

Great space that has the more remote Adk experience in the back along the pond while being close to town. Very comfortable space and layout as well.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Nice outdoor space and view of pond. Convenient to the Olympic Center, shops and dining. Unit has all the essentials needed for for a relaxing get away. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We could not recommend this property with greater enthusiasm. Eric and his team Wier gracious in their hospitality and very understanding of everything that we needed. They communicate very precisely and very promptly. The property is located so close to downtown Lake Placid. It is very comfortable and it is very spacious. if we return to Lake Placid, we will certainly look no farther than this property.

Great location in Lake Placid. No A/C but they had window fans that helped keep us cooler during some really hot days in July.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was close to all the attractions. Eric was very quick to respond to all our needs. The home was quite comfortable and I imagine even more beautiful in the warmer months. We would highly recommend this home.

Perfect stay for our weekend vacation! The place is perfect, super comfortable and cosy with everything you could need. The location is ideal, as you're not far from the centre of Lake Placid. Would definitely come back here again, 100% recommend. :)

Excellent place to stay - very quiet even though in a neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. We had a firepit out back. Didn't kayak or canoe there but the view was nice. We would stay there again!

Quiet, peaceful location. Walking distance to Lake Placid’s Main Street. We loved the fire pit and the deck by the pond. Shame the weather turned and it rained almost every day.

Old friends getting together and visiting the area. we enjoyed the fire pit and view of the pond, very quiet but close to downtown. Had a slight problem with the door key but the owner was very helpful and resolved issue.

Great location and great place!

We had a great time here. House was clean and everything was as advertised. We loved using the kayak and canoe to paddle around the river! We would definitely stay here again.
