The back yard was great for our dog! She loved it! Location perfect-close to downtown. Had all the comforts of home. I would stay here again when we come back to Estes Park.

We entered and found a plastic 36 X24 inch window blown in. Only 4 windows were operational and or had a screens. Temps for the stay were in then 90’s. Only bath/shower had stripped cold water knob. Historical water damage in main living area was unsettling. The advertised Back yard was unkept and if we had kids would not have been usable. All chairs were tipped over and hot tub was not usable or not inviting because of the clutter and exposed wiring. I will learn next time to verify first and explore other rental avenues. I mean Estes Park is beautiful and for the price we paid I guess a sucker is born every minute.

Woods & Waves was a really great place to stay in Estes Park - convenient location and all the amenities. I really appreciate the flexibility with the check-in time! I was in Estes for the Longs Peak Scottish & Irish Festival, and this was the perfect location.

There was an issue with the booking and the host was very communicative about the situation. I was offered an upgraded property, Riverside 1, or a refund. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Check in/ out was easy. The property was well appointed, clean, and cozy. I loved my stay and would rebook at property in the future.

We enjoyed our stay!

Our 3-night stay was great! We loved the convenience of easily walking to many locations in Estes Park. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in back yard was a hit with our dogs and we loved that convenience as well. The house was extremely clean and very much as described in the listing. We saw an elk walking through the neighborhood on the second day of our stay!

Great pet-friendly property & great location

We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. This property really fit the bill for us. It was well-appointed and in a great location near downtown. The fenced yard was an added perk for our dog! And we enjoyed the hot tub in the cool mountain air. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent house for your trip to Estes Park

Our family (and our golden retriever) had a great long weekend trip to Estes Park. The house was very convenient and perfect for taking our dog along with us. Hosts were excellent to work and responded very quickly to all inquiries. We would gladly stay here again in any future to the area.

We were looking for a nice and quiet break from life and it was perfect, even had a doe and fawn come visit us on our last night, also a elk was a couple houses away

Love This Place!

No more Hotels EVER! To stay in a Home with many amenities and a Hot Tub and a Fireplace! Felt like Home for week and all you needed was your clothes and food! Beautiful Property, We Will Be Back!

The place was nice, i just wished it would have curtains. No curtains in the kitchen, back door or living room. Everything else was great. Hot tub was great!! Was a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown.

We hope you enjoyed your stay. A 3 star review is a little steep for booking a house that shows pictures of the stairs and has a description that states it’s a raised ranch style. Which means you walk in and there’s stairs down to the living room and stairs up to the bedrooms. In the future, please make sure you are looking through the listing to make sure you are booking correctly for your want/need. We strive to provide a great experience for our guests, however, we cannot change the stricture of the house so we do have all the info on the listing. We hope you enjoyed Estes Park!
