Big Horn Vacation Home: Sleeps up to 6 people.

[EP ID 3495] A quiet retreat only 3 blocks from downtown Estes Park, Big Horn is the perfect mountain home. New flooring, appliances, washer and dryer, fireplace and full kitchen provide comfort and space for family and friends.

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master Suite equipped with one King size bed, full bath, flat screen HD TV and DVD player. 2 bedrooms equipped with a Queen size bed in each.

Large full kitchen with a snack bar & dinette set, equipped with a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender and toaster.

Living area has Queen sofa sleeper, recliner, air conditioner, built in wood burning fireplace, (Dura Flame logs only), flat screen HD TV and DVD player.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 laundry pods , and 1/day dishwasher pods during your stay.

Dog friendly, pet fee per night applies.

Fenced backyard. Must walk outside from front door of property to back of property for gate access.

Affiliated with Murphy’s River Lodge, this home offers access to the lodge’s community amenities including the indoor pool, adult only hot tub. You’ll be just 1.5 miles from resort-style relaxation.

Cozy house in a perfect location

The property was everything we hoped it would be! Located close to everything we wanted to do. The walk to town was short but plan for the hill coming back. The house accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!tact.

Great place for a long family weekend

Location is easy walking distance to downtown Estes park. House is well stocked w/ comfortable furniture and enough utensils/pans in kitchen to actually cook full meals. Great VRBO stay compared to the average.

Family getaway

Last time in Estes we stayed in a cabin outside of town, which was great, but it was nice to be able to explore downtown without having to fight for parking. Being just 2 blocks from downtown Estes was a great experience for us.

Great location, homey stay

We loved this place - the location is perfect: easy walk to downtown, 5 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, close to restaurants, shops, hikes. The home has so many sweet and adorable details - movies, games, "swan towels" and more. Super comfy beds, big TV, lots of room everywhere, huge kitchen. Next time we return to Estes, we'll stay again!

Nice Place and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, well equipped, and very close to the downtown Estes Park and quick access to RMNP. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were ample size for our needs. Most everything was in working order (tub faucet leaked and some of the windows wouldn't open.) We would not hesitate to return.

Great Getaway Right in Town!

Family gathering place

This property was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with our daughter, our daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The location was walking distance to downtown and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the grand dogs. A few maintenance repairs could make this property even better (drawer slides in kitchen and bathroom and balancing of heat vents). All in all we enjoyed our time there.

Great Property and Location

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great and close proximity to the venue and downtown Estes Park. Cutely decorated and clean, the space worked great for our family. The location was convenient and made avoiding most of the traffic possible. A++

Amazing location

The location couldn’t have been better! We were close to the downtown area, and centrally located to get to the Stanley & RMNP. Seeing and hearing Elk roaming through the neighborhood hood was an added bonus!

Location, Location, Location

This is a great property with the perfect location to enjoy downtown Estes and the Rocky Mountain Nation Park. Equipped beyond expectation. The only negatives about the property was that the heating and air conditioning did not work in the living room and two of the beds measured out to be full size although advertised as queen. We would stay here again!

Sisters get away

Property is open with plenty of space. The only problem we had was with the smell. We could smell a cat animal odor. We contacted the manager and she got back to us quickly. We got deodorizers and she said she would address the problem. It is close to downtown but we did not walk it because of the health of the family we were with but easily could have been able to walk to city center.

Estes Park Family Vacation

Very comfortable and roomy house just blocks from downtown Estes Park. Plenty of space and very clean and comfortable. Nice fenced backyard for dogs. Nice neighborhood and extra plus was access to pool at resort. Hope to return sometime soon.

Great stay, power went out in town but fine.

The kids and i had a good time even though the power went out in the city for 5 hours. Otherwise love the location and closeness to downtown.

Great house in perfect location

Great 3 bedroom house, nicely decorated with all the supplies needed to enjoy your stay! Located close to downtown so you can walk, which is great since parking downtown is challanging!

Big Horn property

We enjoyed our trip to Estes Park- the rental location as to downtown was great. The hill to town is steep but doable. There are a lot of dogs and the outside areas are very rustic. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed with the kitchen very few glasses and wine glasses. Overall a good rental but if we return we would look for a place with a view and an outdoor area you could enjoy.

Good location

Nice location to walk downtown, three bedrooms for our five adults, and well stocked kitchen items. Air conditioning was a bonus in this July weather. Hope to stay again at a future visit. Thanks for the good communication with property management.

Very comfortable

As a first time VRBO customer, I found this property to be more comfortable, clean and accommodating than I anticipated with ample closet and storage space. (I don’t like clutter so it was great to put everything in its place). There were plenty of supplies for five adults for six days (clean towels, paper supplies, soaps and shampoo, and laundry detergent). The location is very tight between other houses, but just minutes from to the main strip. You can walk from the house, but the hill is pretty steep, deterring us from doing so. We only used the house for rest and some meals, so it was the perfect fit for us.

Estes Park stay

Home was very clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. A few windows need replacing ( one cracked and one seal broken making it hard to see out of).No BR fan in MBR w/ no window to open. Lawn maintenance needed. Property manager made aware of all issues and assured they would be taken care of. House sits at top of steep hill and w/ no sidewalks unable to walk the 10mins to town. Enjoyed the elk who visited late afternoons right outside our windows.
