[EP ID 3509] You’ll love your stay in our newly remodeled Clover Lane home located
in a quiet neighborhood only 3.5 miles from the heart of Estes Park.
Our 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has all new furniture and appliances, including a beautiful kitchen with a full-sized stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender and toaster.
The large kitchen also includes a snack bar, dinette set and even a washer and dryer.
The tastefully furnished living room is a wonderful place to relax on one of our comfortable sofa sectional watching a show on our flat screen HD TV or DVD player.

The three bedrooms include a Master Suite boasting a King-sized bed
and 3/4 bath (shower only) and roomy closets.
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds,the lower bunk is a full size bed with a twin bed on top.
The second full bath is located near the living room.
Enjoy the peaceful patio in the fenced back yard while grilling dinner or
enjoying panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Dog friendly, no puppies, please. A nightly pet fee applies. (maximum of 2)

We provide 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 laundry pods , and 1/day dishwasher pods for your stay!

Fabulous Gem in a Wonderful Mountain Town

We loved our stay in this property so much! The location is close to town and in a quite neighborhood. It's was perfect for our dogs with a fenced backyard. We are always so thankful to find properties that are willing to host our dogs, as it's so hard to leave them behind. The kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of it. The hot tub was an extra special treat! The house was clean and well cared for. The beds were firm but comfy. We were happy to find that it was well stocked with all the nice Hotel amenities, including hair dryer, personal care items, and towels. We had a few hiccups with the timing of our trip, and found the hosts to be very responsive, with quick communication, and helpfulness! In addition, all the communication about the property and our stay was timely, through and very helpful! The town of Estes Park has all the charm of a small mountain town, is beautifully decorated for the holidays, and is a fabulous family friendly location to visit! We would love to come back and visit the town and this property again!

Great week in Estes Park with our dog

We enjoyed our stay at Clover. It was conveniently located to town and a lot of hikes. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The house was well stocked. We had deer visit the front yard every night.

Estes Park getaway

The house is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with beautiful views and wildlife. We had one issue that was taken care of right away. The home is well stocked with the essentials. We stayed with our children and my parents. We had a wonderful trip. The only negative for us was the home is dog friendly. We did not travel with our pet and there was quite a bit of dog hair everywhere. Ultimately, the carpet needs to be removed if there are pets staying in the residence, it smells. I knew it was listed as pet friendly when I booked. We were a little disappointed about the smell, but did not complain and had a great trip.

Fantastic!

This house and location were perfect for our family. Close enough to downtown Estes Park but away enough to enjoy the quiet surroundings. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Wifi was great, and I imagine the TV was too but we never had it on — preferred the front porch and hot tub when we were not in the park. I highly recommend this property.

Great for families with dogs!

The house was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 2 dogs. The dogs loved the backyard, and we have fun playing corn hole and horse shoes. The location was great - very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed walking the dogs in the morning. We would definitely stay again!

Great location/great support from managers

We celebrated the holidays with my family, my sisters’s family and our dogs. The location was convenient for my father who lives in Estes, to a very nice walking path, to downtown, and to Rocky Mountain National Park. We especially appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs and the amazingly quick response and accommodation from the managers when we had need.

Awesome week

Booked this home because it was across the road from my son's house. Nicest rental I've been in so far. House was totally stocked with everything possible ( except a humidifier which we had to borrow). Hot tub was a bonus and we used it every day. Thanks ! We had an awesome week

Great spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Clover property. We brought our dog and it was perfect. The house has literally everything you would need to make it feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Very nice home in a super quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly.

This was our second stay at this nice home. We like the quiet neighborhood and the fenced back yard for our dog. The kitchen is stocked well and the beds are comfortable. House is very clean - hot tub is nice.

Awesome family trip to Rocky Mountain National Park!

We had a great week in Estes park with our 3 kids and our dogs too! The property manager Stephanie was kind and easy to communicate with. The house is an amazing location to easily get to almost anything you would want to do! There were a few minor maintenance issues which didn't really impact our stay and I'm sure will be fixed. We went into Rocky Mountain National Park every day and had a really wonderful vacation!

Very nice place

We rented this home for my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. It was a great home base to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and to go golfing at the golf course in Estes Park. Both were spectacular. The home was very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook family meals and the back yard was just what our dog needed to stay safe. We even woke up the last morning to mule deer in the front yard! The beds were very comfortable too. This home was perfect for the 6 of us to reconnect. The space was the right size for us to watch TV and play games comfortably. I would definitely recommend this home.

A Delightful Estes Park Thanksgiving!

We all enjoyed our delightful stay in your lovely cabin! Even the deer were saddened to see us go and came to the front yard to say goodbye. We hope to purchase an Estes Park cabin sometime in the next year but will happily return to stay here with our pets until we do. However we are fireplace fanatics and even added an electric one to our RV. The only thing we missed was an electric fireplace in the beautiful Clover Cabin.

Great location in quiet neighborhood, great yard for dog.

We were looking for a nice place with a fenced yard for our dog, and this place worked great. Home had everything you would need in the kitchen, beds were comfortable, and house was very clean.

A Week in Estes Park

The house on Clover Lane was perfect for four adults! We had plenty of space, a quiet neighborhood and wildlife sightings. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and lovely views made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The check in and checkout process was so easy. The owner was good to communicate with prior to our arrival. The only suggestion I have would be for the dryer door to be fixed. Even slamming it shut hard it still would not start right away.

Nice and Quite

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and I don’t think you could find a more quite neighborhood. The pluses for us were the fenced in backyard for our dog, hot tub and carport. (It did hail but nothing damaging.) The furniture was comfy and there were plenty of towels for hot tub use. There were a few maintenance issues, which I talked to the manager about, so that is why I gave four stars, but I trust she will be getting those things fixed. The gas grill tank was empty but after a call it was promptly exchanged so there was good communication. The lighting is very dim which made the house a bit gloomy and it was hard to see to cook, eat at the table, and read at night but that may be because we are older and are used to adequate lighting. We brought fold up camp chairs and were happy we did because there is only a picnic table in the backyard. This is a great house for kids with fun bunkbeds, lots of games to play and dvds. We were impressed with the TV channels that included the golf channel and ESPN.

Manager Stephanie Bledsoe leads the staff at Murphy's River Lodge. The entire staff is service based and anxious to insure that guests are properly welcomed to the Rocky Mountains and that their stay is memorable.
