Property was very nice and great location with great amenities. The host was amazing and was very responsive with any questions that came up. We had a great weekend and enjoyed being with family and our fur babies.

Overall the property was clean. The carpet throughout the home was heavily stained and in need of a good cleaning. I would also recommend additional pillows be available in the downstairs bedroom.

Everything about this place was great, the location to Lake Estes and downtown, the communication was great and they even checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok, it was clean and had so lots of extras! Would definately come back!

We loved our stay, the cabin was cute & clean.The beds were very comfortable which is important to us and since it was a week before Christmas there was a very cute, pretty Christmas tree in the living room which added to the charm. My grandsons loved the pac man game. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

The home felt really cozy and welcoming. The host is very welcoming to pets! Providing toys, beds and enrichment opportunities all the way around. The home is located perfectly if you want to travel around and do different things around the town. It is just uphill from Lake Estes as well so you can enjoy nice hikes, fishing and even the wildlife surrounding the area! The family loved it!

We basically stayed to sleep. we went out fishing and hiking. Once entering it smelled like dirty diapers. I sprayed and opened the windows cleaned the kitchen so we could use it the garbage disposal smelled so I ran it with some ice to maybe break apart whatever was in there. The carpet in the rooms had dog stains from accidents, the living room carpet smelled like pee as well when my son and I were playing. The upstairs shower curtain had mold. The location was amazing for fishing and for our son to bike ride. Once the windows were open the house smelled better I think it just needed aired out. For the price we definitely expected something different as far as cleanliness. The host was amazing and available if questions. It is a pet friendly location if you are traveling with pets. We travel here every year we may try a different house through the same host or even the same house if cleanliness is better

Great location and cozy cabin

This was a perfect stay! Close to town and walkable to the lake. The house was clean and spacious for the 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. They had everything we needed and more. Loved the stash of dog toys and board games.

Great place for a group and a dog

We had a great time here. Cozy, uncluttered decor. Room enough for all 7 of us and our dog. Nice outside seating area, but it was too windy to use much. Great walk to the lake. Property management very helpful and quick response.

Exceptionally clean, much bigger than we expected.

This place is great. It is WAY bigger and nicer than we expected from the photos. The doors are oversized and tall, which throws off your impression of scale. The kitchen is immaculate and new. The location is convenient: Just a 3 drive minutes to Safeway and 4-5 minutes to downtown Estes.

We'll be back!!

Buffalo Run was a great place for my wife and two adult children to spend the week in Estes Park. The location was 5 minutes from downtown Estes and a short walk to Lake Estes. The home was beautiful and everything was as promised. Our family was impressed with the well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook meals in. One of the most important things this home provided was access for my wife who is in a wheelchair full time. The doors, hallways and the master bedroom and bathroom were all roomy enough for her to navigate in her electric wheelchair. The bathroom didn't have grab handles but we have learned to bring our own devices to help with transfers in the restroom. Overall, a very comfortable home in a great location and workable for someone who is in a wheelchair.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was amazing up until the moment we stripped the sheets upon check out. The comforter on my bed had blood on it and the comforter on the other bed had a big spot of something we couldn't identify (both on the undersides of the comforters). This was disappointing since everything up until that point was awesome. The property was very welcoming to dogs (including treats, toys, beds, blankets, ect) and was very clean with the exception of the comforters. In addition, we had some trouble getting the fireplace to work, but the onsite maintenance woman came out right away and got it to work. She was very pleasant and timely!

Absolutely perfect for our family and very comfortable! I think the property is actually better than pictures as far as layout goes with a primary bedroom downstairs with attached bathroom, laundry, and nice size closet and two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. I cant thinknof anything we were missing during our stay. It was nice to be able to park in the garage and have a full cabinet of spices is actually something I wish more short term rentals would have too! Nice amenities and hosts even left us an adorable baby gift and card to celebrate our new little one on the way. Thank you again! We will definitely chose to stay again for any future trips to Estes Park as well as inquire about the other attached unit in addition for a larger family getaway.
