Spacious Waterfront Home on a Direct Ocean Access Canal with a Chilled Pool

Escape to Marathon in this large 5 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home in the heart of Marathon Florida. This clean home is bright and spacious with a large open living space perfect multiple couples or large families. This unique Florida Keys home has two finished levels so the family/group can spend quality time together in the spacious upsairs area or enjoy some private time in the downstairs lounge area.


Bring your boat or rent one for the week and keep it on our large 68 ft deep water dock. The house is a quick 5 min away from from the Ocean inlet and the best fishing in the world.

Not into fishing? Relax at the house and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony or lounge in the chairs in the backyard. Two kayaks and a paddle board are available if you want to spend the day exploring on the water. Enjoy the floating dock for easy Kayak loading.

Large open floor layout with kitchen, eat-in island, dinner table and living room. Off the kitchen is a large balcony with seating area and beautiful views of the Canal leading to the Ocean.

Definitely recommend. We had 10 adults and everybody had plenty of room to all get together but also room for everybody to have private space to relax individually. The host was very easy to communicate with prior to the trip and we had no reason to contact him while we were there because everything was in good order. Quiet little area and we enjoyed watching the planes and helicopters taking off/landing in the distance while enjoying the pool

Great vacation home!

Our group of family & friends enjoyed the amenities of this home. Easy access to all activities - snorkeling, fishing, kayak access at the Marathon park, and Sombrero beach. Nice bikes for rides & the pool was wonderful. We would stay here again!

Great house and location for us

Property was great for our group. 2 miles to grocery stores. Pool was great! Used the bikes and had a great time here.

This property was just perfect for us! The location was perfect, the house was perfect, the pool was perfect, along with the grill, the kayaks and everything else! Would definitely stay here again!

Would return again! Perfect for fishing families!

Heated pool was perfect after a long day of fishing! Roomy bedrooms and kitchen. Ice maker for fishermen - great vacation home and great neighbors!

S Tribe Fishing, Family, Fun

My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. Second five days my son the rest of my family joined us eight adults for children. Accommodated all of us very well. Pool was great location was very good.

The house was amazing! Everything we hoped for and more. It could have been a little more clean. The floors were like they had not vacuumed or mopped the floors in a while.

This was far most our best stay! Jay was awesome we are booking again next year!

Awesome stay

Pool was awesome, love the canal and they leave the seasonings and condiments which is always appreciated! The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We just love marathon !!!

Great location in the Keys

Enjoyed our stay - convenient location in the Middle Keys with easy access in either direction to lower and upper keys. New pool looks great, and made good use of the kayaks and SUP. Plenty of space for an extended family vacation. Jay is also very responsive owner.

Amazing home in Marathon

The pictures don't do it justice. The home is fantastic for a large group and the pool, ice maker, dock access, etc is just fantastic. We can't wait to return.

Great time with friends

Property is great for a group of friends or family to spend time together. Pool was fantastic and being able to keep the boat on the bulkhead made for easy boat days, having ample parking for a trailer was a great bonus as well. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location!

We needed a quiet upscale place where we could relax, but get to the action quickly. This house was perfect for that! My husband, my sister, and myself truly enjoyed the layout of the house, the amazing pool, and even got a visit from the local manatee family! It was close to amazing restaurants and had the perfect kitchen for relaxing meals at home. Highly recommend!

Family Vaca

Property was perfect for our family vacation. Great location, great pool, and Jay the owner was great with communication. The neighbor also does fishing charters. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get us in twice for fishing. Be sure to eat at Burdine's! Great food!!

Perfect location

We arrived to a clean and very comfortable house were we truly enjoyed our stay. The waterfront really made a huge difference for us as we took the boat down. Highly recommendable with a great layout of the house. We will most definitely return next year.
