Modern and Cozy. This light and bright newly built 1 bedroom/1 bath modern home is located close to downtown Bend. The Mod Pod has an amazing private yard and a peaceful deck for evening cocktails or your morning cup of Joe!

A fully stocked kitchen to prepare your meals, cozy new beds for the perfect night's sleep, and a comfortable living area to read, watch movies, or work. The Mod Pod is air conditioned to keep you cool on the warm summer afternoons. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. This home is ideal for 1-2 couples on a weekend getaway or 1 small family.

Perfect in Bend

This little house is perfectly located near town. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed and perfectly decorated for a comfortable, peaceful stay. We will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway retreat

The Mod Pod is the perfect size and is decorated well. We had everything we needed in the gourmet kitchen, bath, and W/D. It is close to downtown and Drake park. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb!

Great little place tucked away in quiet neighborhood but close to everything in town. Everything was ready when we arrived and the check in check out process was very easy. Thanks again for letting us stay at this cute little place.

Cousins Reunion

Stayed a few days and this compact, very clean home fit our needs. Thoughtfully appointed, everything we needed to crash for a few nights. First night we walked downtown for dinner. Bonus! Easily walkable to community center with beautiful Olympic sized pool. Would stay here again without question.

Perfect stay!

Wonderfully clean, magnificently stocked kitchen, really cute decor, and a quiet neighborhood! Also the wide open floorplan was nice and accessible for me with my service dog who is almost always in reaching distance. I also appreciated all the extra linens provided, kept me nice and toasty even in below freezing temps! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Bend :)

With vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, this place feels much larger than it is. It's newer and well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and to downtown. Nicely furnished, great decor. Loved the shower!

This is a lovely well thought out spot. We were very comfortable while inside. Outside was a different story, neighborhood seemed a bit iffy

Anniversary getaway

We had a great time! We had a lot of food and drink options! Loved having the bird bikes at our disposal, made it more of an adventure for us. Will deff be back and would for sure stay at this location again. *our first night the neighbor stayed up very late and had their windows open*

Wonderful first time in Bend!

So happy we found this spot! The Mod Pod had everything + more for our little get away! First timers to Bend and the house was located conveniently to town but not right in the middle of town, had everything we needed, and we felt really safe with the cleaning and protocols in place due to the pandemic. Thank you!

Super cute place

Only thing I did t likes is who ever owns the big black dodge truck parked n front of the driveway excluding me to park there only once but he was parked in front of the property every night I was there’s so I’m assuming he knows it’s a rental also there’s 2 signs posted not to block the driveway. But other than that we loved the property. We’ll definitely stay again
