Welcome to our newly listed vacation home, the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy the best of the Delaware beaches.

Ideally located just 3 miles from both Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and all the coastal fun — while still enjoying the peace and comfort of a quiet neighborhood.

We had a very nice stay. The property is spacious, open, and conveniently located, which made it a comfortable place for us to stay. The host was very responsive, friendly, and quick to communicate whenever we had a question. The home has a lot of charm and potential, and with a little extra attention to the carpets, sofas, and porch, it could be an even more enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.

We have stayed at this house before. We have reservations to stay again. The house is perfect for what we need. Minutes from the beach. Shopping and restaurants within minutes. The host Brittany is quick, and amazing to deal with.

The cleaning could have been better but wasn’t terrible. Also the top bunk doesn’t seem safe to accommodate more than maybe 180-200lbs. My 19YO is 6’2 and 225lbs. He ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk because the slats under the top bunk were bowing a bit. Would be fine for a child or smaller adult. Make sure to note that you need to bring your own towels/sheets. There are pillows and blankets provided. Communication with the owner was great! Quick responses to any questions we had before and after booking. Overall the house fit the bill. About a 15min drive to the beach depending on traffic. Also we were able to park our 24’ center console next to the house so that was great.

Nice stay, close to several beaches

My family and I enjoyed staying so close to Rehobeth and Lewes Beaches, and Cape Henlopen state park. The house was a good size and had a nice screened in back porch.

Okay let’s first start by saying I hate leaving bad reviews and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I did let the owner know about all the issues and was responsive. So first thing, ants were crawling on the kitchen counter and bathrooms. We killed several ants and I have video of ants crawling on the kitchen counter. The couch is not the same couch pictured in the listing. The couch was disgusting with a million stains. I couldn’t bring myself to sit on it. Since you do need to bring your own towels, linens and pillows, I did have some extra bed sheets that I threw on the couch so my family could at least sit on it. The floors were dusty and grimy. We went to Walmart and bought a swiffer to clean the floors. All the walls, baseboards, floor moldings could all use a good deep clean. Ceiling fan light in the master bedroom had no working light bulbs. We took a light bulb from one of the other rooms to have light in there. The kitchen ceiling had signs of a roof leak. the good stuff-The house is cutely decorated and location is great. Toilets, bathroom sinks, showers were clean. Beds were decently comfortable. The house would be great if there was a some TLC given with a deep clean.

We were made aware of your concerns regarding cleanliness during your stay, and those concerns were promptly addressed. In addition to routine cleaning between guests, the home receives a full deep cleaning at the beginning of the season in and again at the end of the season. We have also reviewed the areas you mentioned with our cleaning team to ensure they receive additional attention. Regarding the ants, unfortunately, this review was the first time we were made aware of that issue. Had it been reported during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately. Once we became aware of the concern, it was corrected. We would also like to clarify the comment regarding the master bedroom ceiling fan light. The light and bulbs were functioning; the light had simply been switched off using the pull chain on the ceiling fan. Once this was identified, the light functioned normally and did not require repair or replacement. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the sofa and have taken that into consideration as part of our continued upkeep of the home. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and home. I make every effort to respond promptly when concerns are brought to our attention. We appreciate the feedback.

Short getaway

Home is located close to everything, yet tucked into a cute small and quiet neighborhood. Made for a relaxing few days away. I will be keeping this house in my list of places to stay again in the future.

Great House

Perfect!

The home was very clean and not cluttered like many other rentals we've stayed at; the host was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning!!

Quiet Per-friendly Beach House

This property is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to the beach that is still close to everything. Neighbors are friendly and inviting. One major selling point for me was I could bring my dog. The amenities are adequate and the home is cute and comfortable.

About 4 mikes from Rehoboth boardwalk

The house was very clean, check in was easy, accommodated 10+ people. Owner allowed for one night rental in summer (although price went up when trying to book one day after I initially looked into the rental). Overall pleased with home, check-in process, would rent again.

Overall, was clean. AC good. Bathrooms could use a refresh Worse was awful condition of yard when we arrived. The manager seems very responsive when I mentioned the yard condition and sent 2 awesome landscapers to clean up the yard. However, there are sucker trees still remaining.

Great house close to everything

We stayed for 2 nights. The house is a short drive for both Rehobeth and Cape Henlopen. The property was exactly as advertised. It was a little strange that the top bunk of the bunk beds was right under the ceiling fan, but the AC works great so it wasn't really a problem.

Pet friendly and in a good location

The neighborhood was really nice and it was conveniently located off route 1. The property was able to fit all of us and we were able to bring the dogs which was a bonus. However, the house could use some updates. The screened in porch was a bit dirty and had some tears in the screen and in the screen door making it hard to use with the dogs. Also, the house was not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Overall, a good house in a good location but could use some updating and cleaning in some areas.

Nice House

The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. Be sure to bring yours. This is our second stay and would stay again if in the area.

Beach week

We could not use th the screened in porch, because there was a big hole in the screen that someone had gone through. We had found dirty dishes in the cupboard. We had to replace a lightbulb above the sink there was a dirty pan with meat and Greece in the oven. The fact that the kitchen said it was stocked it was not there were no platters. There was no corkscrews. There was no sauce pan no frying pan. The neighborhood was wonderful. The closest to the beach and the town were a very big convenience, but the house truly needed to be cleaned and gone over with the owner.

Great location and lovely home!

This is the perfect home in a great hidden spot! The park and large field was great for walking around with the dog. I spent the last 6 months here as a travel nurse. My husband came down on the weekends. Its right off Route 1/coastal highway next to the Walmart which is walking distance and super convenient. This home fulfilled my two requirements….to be very clean and nicely decorated. Its in a Cul de sac which was great, so no through traffic. There is a front porch with patio furniture as well as the back screened-in patio nicely decorated. We had coffee every morning out here and let the dog run. The backyard is big enough which was great as well as the Outdoor shower. Great location for what our family was looking for, i.e., beaches, water park, mini golf, The owner’s couldn’t have been nicer. They contacted us to let us know that we could check in earlier on our arrival date. Communication with the owners was always prompt and friendly. I won’t hesitate to rent this property again!!
