Welcome to Unit 731! This property features new furnishings throughout the home, 3rd floor oceanfront views and the largest floor plan in the community.

Upon entering the property, you will immediately notice the natural sunlight shining through the wall of windows spanning the entire northeast side of the condo. Enjoy the ocean views from the enormous kitchen with 42" cabinets, granite counters and a breakfast nook to cook up a family meal.

The King Master Suite resides on the east side of the unit providing the most incredible ocean views to enjoy while relaxing in your room. The Master Bath will not disappoint with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a his and her vanities.

The 2nd bedroom offers a plush queen bed and en-suite full bath for privacy. The 3rd bedroom houses two bunks, making it a hit for kids. You will also find HDTVs in each of the bedrooms.

A short review

The location is lovely. The unit itself was very nicely done, however it lacked amenities that would benefit the comfort of seniors. A grab bar and a seat in the shower would be great additions.

Stunning!

The home, community and beach view was just stunning! We loved the home! Extremely clean! The beach was so pretty and the kids loved the community kiddie pool and splash pad! The house was beautifully decorated and beds and showers were great! The balcony was huge and had very comfy lounge chairs and a great patio table for our family to eat outside. I would definitely recommend the unit and the community! 5 plus stars!!

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this condo. We were two families, traveling with two teens each. Plenty of room for everyone. Really loved the decor. Overall the condo is nicely appointed but could use some additional kitchen supplies for those that prepare meals in the unit. Also plastic tumblers would be nice. Not sure why the welcome letter indicated there were no beach towels or beach chairs in the unit. Plenty of towels, beach umbrellas and several beach chairs were avaiable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful 6 week stay in this lovely condo. Beautiful view & really nice balcony. So clean & well stocked. Great owners. I had both guest room fans go out & they had maintenance replace them very quickly. Thanks to maintenance John Sullivan for installing those & fixing a couple small issues as well. Also so nice working with Cinnamon Beach Vacations. We have so many families & friends from Minnesota now coming to Cinnamon beach, that it feels like our home away from home.

Overall, not as clean as in the past. County started work on dunes; closed beach for 3 days of our beachfront vacation. Disappointed! The staff at the Grille very unpleasant this year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Couple of items that need attention. The television and wifi setup are difficult to use. The wifi signal is very weak within the condo,especially in the bunk room. The TV set up is confusing and difficult to use. Not a standard cable setup.The kitchen setup needs sometradional bowls for children.

Everything was nice ,except no one told us about the rocks on the beach, the family loves to go out in the ocean, boogie board, skim board, and swim, could not do. Property manager did not tell us that we could not bring drinks, or food to the grille by the pool. Did not tell us that what you ordered, would have a 20percent gratuity charge on everything. Very disappointed about the beach, will not return.

Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The views were incredible and we were even able to see two rockets launch! The two pools were well maintained and large enough to accommodate everyone without being crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Oasis By The Sea

This is one of the best properties that I have visited at Cinnamon Beach, and I have been going there for several years. The unit was spacious, very clean, modern appliances and very well decorated. The owner(s) definitely have wonderful taste. We were also just footsteps from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time during our Thanksgiving holiday and we will be back and will request this particular unit in the future.

Great Location, cozy and very clean

This was our 2nd time visiting Cinnamon Beach and have to say we really enjoyed having an end unit. The condo was very spacious, clean and well appointed. We liked how the unit was decorated tastefully and truly felt like a beach getaway. One suggestion would be to make cleaning supplies available to the guests (broom, vacuum, kitchen counter cleaner, etc). I did purchase a broom as to keep the place tidy. Especially since the beach is Coquina shell and can be hard to remove from clothing, shoes, etc.. Overall, our trip was one to remember and would recommend for future stays.
