Beautiful Unit. View was a tease to any golfer ( we didn't play as the greens fees were fairly high) but the beach and pool were lovely. Everything was just as advertised. Our second time staying in this community. Would recommend highly.

Beautiful unit with a nice view. Patio furnishings were comfortable and lovely. This is our 5th time renting in the Cinammon Bch condos and will always return. The amenities and beach are wonderful. A wonderful family atmosphere. The condo was very clean. The mattresses great. My only complaint was the sliding glass door needs to be repaired so it closes all the way and locks. The door is extremely heavy to slide. The couch is worn, but great large for families.

Worked for us

We've got great friends that own in Hammock Beach Resort to was pretty familiar with all. Goals met in getting some time with them and our own time. Only negative is that I believe I left my billfold behind at the place but we've left a note so hopefully cleaning finds. Thank you for the rental. Best.

We are happy to hear you had an amazing time visiting your friends. We checked all over the condo for your billfold (before anyone else checked-in) and we were not able to find it. If it turns up, we would be happy to mail it to you.

Far away Ocean view

From the master bedroom only a small window view of the ocean; too far away to even see the beach sand. No access to balcony from main bedroom. Second bedroom has a window to the stairwell/front door. Third bedroom had a view of parking lot/manmade pond. Each bedroom is very private. The buildings are very close so even though its a penthouse you are met with the next buildings penthouse. When the window shades and balcony shades are open all is in direct view of the above mentioned penthouse. Beach access was actually a drive. So you won't be able to carry chairs, canapy, coolers unless you bring a rolling cart.

Thank you for sharing your experience about the trip. The community has 4 beach walkovers, the closest being about 500 ft away or you can drive and park closer to the walkovers. If you every visit our area again, we would love to host you!

Beautiful Grounds!

The community had two pools (one was heated the other pool was not). Beach access was easy. The hot tub was small but could accommodate at least 5-6 adults. The weather was horribly cold and rainy. Having activity options for those days would have been nice; perhaps having games available. Having nothing to occupy our time we decided to leave the community to find something to do. We found out quickly that every time we did… it cost $3.00 for the toll to get back on the island and to the condo. One negative and controllable issue was the outdated, dirty coffee maker that took 25 minutes to brew two cups. It was difficult to understand why the owners wouldn’t spring $150 for a solid working Keurig. Hot water for showering was inconsistent and 14 plus 60 watt lightbulbs in the primary bathroom was too many. I had to remove 12 bulbs to just walk in the bathroom without being blinded. Overall, I thought the place was good and I wished I had the weather to experience the lanai view and beach.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and share your feedback. We are always looking to improve the experience for our guests. Our maintenance team will be notified to take a look at the hot water and light bulbs. We want you to know when you stay with us you can reach out to our team any time of day. We would have been glad to replace the coffee maker, so you could enjoy that during your stay. Next stay we would be happy to direct you on how to avoid the toll bridge or how to create an account to obtain a discounted rate when travelling through the toll. Hope to host you again if you visit this area again.

Great Vacation Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Being on the top floor, it was very quiet. The condo is a little further from the beach than many, but not too far to walk with a heavy cooler and beach chair. The condo is far from the pools, but we only went once for the spa- which coincidentally was closed anyway.
