I apologize for the dirty windows. We have had torrential rain over the last few weeks, so it is nearly impossible to keep them clean at all times with a plethora of trees surrounding the entire property. The community pool and it's cleanliness are 100% out of my control, but I can mention something to the HOA.

We appreciate you flagging the bed-size discrepancy, lights, and deck boards—those deserve a closer look. Part of our treehouse’s novelty is its unconventional layout, including the compact kitchen and narrow spiral staircase. We understand those features weren’t comfortable for everyone in your group. It’s called a treehouse because it’s elevated among the trees, so stairs are part of the experience—though your luggage probably wished otherwise! At least there’s no rope ladder required.
