Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations, especially since we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. On the day of your arrival, our cleaner arrived right after the previous guests checked out, but due to the unusually poor condition they left the home in, she needed extra time to prepare it properly. We kept in communication with you throughout the day, and this kind of delay is extremely rare. Regarding the pirate ship, it’s been a favorite feature for many of our guests—including my own children—and we've never received complaints about odors from the neighboring yard. We were unaware of any chickens nearby but will look into it to be sure. We’re also sorry about the condition of the garbage bin—that’s not acceptable, and we’ll make sure it’s addressed. The water heater was professionally installed, and while the door doesn’t fully close, the setup meets safety standards. We also have the home inspected twice a year by a local firefighter to ensure guest safety. Had we known about your concerns during your stay, we would have done everything we could to make things right. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving.
