Great little place. Was perfect for me and my spouse. Loved taking short walks to the beach. Nice little coffee shop down the street. Just like everyone else said, the train is close but didn't bother me.

Our host Carol was awesome! This little condo was perfect and only a few steps from the beautiful beaches and was the perfect getaway.

There were a variety of restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The nearby railroad tracks did not bother us, in fact the trains were rather entertaining. Carol was a very attentive host who took care of our needs.

Oceanside getaway

Place was just as described and we loved everything about it. Location was perfect and we plan on staying again in future. Would recommend bringing ear plugs if your a light sleeper as it’s next to a railway crossing that has bells that go off frequently at night when the railway comes through.

Carol was amazing and so kind! She gave us all the info on fun spots nearby, and even directed us to some places where we had a lot of fun! There are so many shops nearby and the beach is literally 3 minutes away. We would definitely come back here.

Oceanside Condo

Carol is a wonderful host! Very accommodating. Took care of all my needs quickly, super kind, friendly and available. Provided extras to make my stay comfortable. Condo is very cute, clean and well equipped.

Family trip

This was a family trip with my two teen granddaughters. The apartment was very cute and perfect for our stay. We did have a couple of misunderstandings with the TV and sleeping arrangements but Carol was very quick to do every thing she could to make things better for us.

Clean and comfy

Enjoyed 10 days in #3 condo on Oceanside Blvd. in Oceanside. Carol is very helpful and responsive. The condo was clean, cute and convenient. Great place to watch the sunset just a block away. Nice laundry facility, all the appliances worked great. Hope to stay there again in the future.

A block from the beach

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The bedroom in the bathroom are upstairs well. The kitchen and sitting room are on the first floor. The shower is nice and tiled. I was pleasantly surprised to find a table and chair big enough to use to do work. the owner is very friendly and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The location is awesome, just a short walk to the beach, a big park, and tons of restaurants, with everything else only a quick drive or ride away. The nearby beach isn't as big as some others but it's super family-friendly and far less crowded. The local contact was fantastic. responsive, helpful, and full of great suggestions for places to visit, while also making check-in and check-out a breeze. The trains passing nearby are close and noticeable, they didn’t bother me, though it’s worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper. The space was perfect for two adults and a child, and we’ll happily book again and highly recommend it.

Oceanside Blvd Condo

Great location, train passes frequently so decide if that's an issue for you. We got used to the sound :) We cooked in our unit, basic tools there. Carol was nice, responsive, and helpful. She lives a couple units over, so she's there if any issues arise. We would stay there again

Perfect for what we needed

Cute quaint property a block away from the ocean. Pros: affordable, and just enough space. Cons: the railroad tracks are right next to the unit, and go off constantly. At one point we heard the dings from the railroad every two minutes. Also, be prepared for on street parking. No available parking spot.

This is a cute little place! The location is great, the neighborhood was quiet other than the occasional train and the bed and pull out was very comfortable!

Steps to the beach, nice balcony with ocean view, cozy with comfortable beds. If you’re not used to train sounds they are loud all hours including nighttime so bring ear plugs or play sleep sounds. Overall nice experience.

Carol is awesome, property needs a bit of work.

The property is a bit close to the tracks and the trains can drive you nuts. Earplugs are a must, unless you can sleep through anything. Our overall stay was good.

Beautiful experience

After spending over a year without travel, it was so great to be able to enjoy such a comparable and relaxing spot. Carol made the experience so welcoming. Her communication was perfect and the spot was exactly as described. The train does pass often and it can be a little loud in the middle of the day. However, in a strange way, it does become somewhat therapeutic. ( it also stops at night) As for the spot. the bed is so cozy and the outside patio has a very beach vibe feel to it. It was so close to a cozy beach, which was pleasantly surprising, we enjoyed waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing outside. One morning I woke up early for surf and the entire sky was glowing (stunning). Would highly recommend this place!
