Our quaint beachfront units are directly on the beach, with no roads between the rental and the ocean! There are 5 units in the complex, and they all share a semi-private beach. This unit has a cozy little dining and living area with kitchen, and then a spiral staircase going up into a spacious bedroom with bathroom. The bedroom has access to a shared deck area. Each of the units has a full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Wall unit AC

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Nice beach access

We enjoyed our time. It isn’t far from the pier, restaurants, and shopping. There are nice areas to sit and enjoy. The beach is only accessible on foot for a few hours a day. The was crashing the rocks is very relaxing. Down side is the only bathroom is upstairs and they are spiral stairs. That is my only complaint.

Weekend get away

Enjoyed the neighborhood very much. Lots of great places to eat short distances - walking and driving. Vibe in Oceanside is more laid back then Pacific Beach and less Crowded then Mission Beach. Unit was just the right size and had spectacular views and access to beach

Weekend getaway

The proprety was nice and cozy. Clean and enjoyable. All amenities were at hand. Only thing I would have preferred would have been a sandy beach instead of rocks. We made the best of eat and enjoyed our stay.

Our Oceanside stay.

Everything was excellent. Easy check in and check out. The only issue I would have is, I would say the bed mattress is a little worn out. The springs were poking a little and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that. It was perfect! Thank you and hope to see you soon.

Just as expected

We have stayed here before. It’s always clean and booking, access and checkout are very easy. It’s the perfect location for as we have family near by. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant Property and Amazing Host

Had a great time. It was clean and organized property with everything well maintained. Communication with host was above par! Brilliant as the title says! Recommend this host and property for anyone wanting a beachside getaway. Plenty of room and again can't say enough about the helpfulness of the host. Great job and we will be back!

Right on ocean to see waves

I sleep so good hearing the waves in. We explored tge park & beach just 3 doors away. It was a short drive to La Jolla cove to see the sea lions and mission beach fun. Would stay again.

Christmas Day

I had my 3 adults kids come to hang out with me for Christmas. We had a great time walking along the beach, watching the dolphins and enjoying the beautiful sunset. It was a perfect location to spend our family Christmas. Thank you so much for a GREAT stay!!

I wouldn’t stay here again

The pictures are very deceiving. They make it seem like this is an updated, cozy beach stay but the place feels more like a poorly done DIY project. The outdoor parts of this property were disappointing and could benefit from some sprucing up. The location was good in that it was on the ocean but since I didn’t find the lounge chair area to be appealing or relaxing, I didn’t enjoy it. Outside of the ocean, the location is slightly sketchy. The gate never fully locked so that wasn’t exactly calming. My last and most important complaint is the property management. If you want to check in early you can but it will cost you $50 just for 2 extra hours. Check out is also earlier than usual at 10 am but don’t worry, you can check out late for a fee! It’s money grubbing and frankly really off putting. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend anything managed by this company to a friend.

Oceanside “Beaches”

There was no beach to be found at the location. It was solely waterfront and much too dangerous to even dip your feet into the ocean.

Loved access to the beach

I loved the townhome feel of my unit. It was awesome to have an upstairs and a living and kitchen area. I also loved the beach access. So worth the trip! My only suggestion is the parking provided. I scraped my door on the wood and have several scratches. However, I would come back here again.

Quick getaway

This property was perfect for a quick getaway. Close to the Harbor, beautiful views and about 15 minutes from Legoland. Would stay here again.

oceanside 6/24/23

The property was quaint. Just enough space for two people. The bed left a lot to be desired, it was not very comfortable at all. There could have been a table in the bathroom for personal items. The dishwasher didn't work. A second night stand on the left of the bed would have been nice. The handle on the window next to the fridge was broken. The mattress on the hideaway bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the unit was very clean, well stocked and had most all of the utensils needed to have a comfortable stay. The complex was in good condition and kept clean, the beach furniture was in good condition and sufficient for the number of clients. The staff was very professional and responded to any requests we had very promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a property on the beach.

Lovely place

I'm overly happy we were able to stay here. The only thing i had wished is that our unit would of had a better view of the ocean. Next time we know the unit to book.

Perfect location

This little townhome worked perfect for our stay. It was convenient to beach and other amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to get a second nightstand for the other side of the bed. Not a deal breaker at all
