Just steps from the ocean, one block from the beach, this charming Pacific Street condo offers a relaxed Oceanside escape with laid-back coastal comfort. The home features 1 queen bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating additional guests. Bohemian-inspired décor and soft linens create a restful retreat, while a private balcony offers beautiful sunset views. Guests enjoy high-speed internet, a gas fireplace, and shared coin-operated laundry located at the front of the building. Use the key behind the unit door. Beach essentials—including chairs, towels, and an umbrella—are provided for easy beach days. Please note there is no A/C; however, fans and heaters are provided for comfort. Parking is street parking only.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

It can get quite warm during the summer since there’s no air conditioning and limited windows for airflow, but it’s a lovely place overall. I would definitely stay there again.

The house had a very nice view of the ocean from the living room. It was close to the Oceanside pier. Convenient location. Very quiet.

Loved the place is was in a great location for what we needed. I would have given 5 stars but I feel like we paid for a whole day and couldn’t check in until 4. Our day was half gone by then. Other than that is was a great property.

We really enjoyed staying at your place. Thank you for your kind hospitality. There was an issue with the shower after we checked in. The management company set us up in another place and got the issue resolved. That was a bit inconvenient but it all worked out.

The location and property were great. Conveniently located by a small market, bike shop, cafe and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had more than one would expect and even had a starter welcome kit. The coin laundry is 2.50 (quarters only) a load which also covers drying. The temps were low 80s during the stay and a breeze was not consistent to keep airflow so additional 2 fans would be great as those sleeping in the living room didn't have the same comfort and the bedroom door stayed open to keep air flowing. The building is right next to other ones so smoke would come in to the bedroom if you left the bedroom window open as well as hear other conversations of those engaging outside trailing from the balcony adjacent to the bedroom. Entire place was spacious and bigger than expected. Found plenty of street parking within close proximity to the building.

This property was very clean. Very impressed by how clean and organized it was. Upon settling in we noticed that the drinking water was not working in the fridge. We contacted them and had a very quick response. They were unable to fix it during our stay, but somebody brought us some bottled water and we went to Costco to get our own so we didn’t have to bother them anymore. We had to contact them again to ask about the beach chairs and umbrella and again I had a very quick response. Unfortunately someone had stolen those so we were not able to enjoy that, but that is not the owners fault. Again not a huge deal because we brought a beach blanket. Loved how close we were to the beach. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and more. Sean our host was quick to answers a call we had re parking at check in.The kitchen was fully stocked w/ everything we needed. Even a blender for frozen drinks.We choose VRBOs over hotels because of having cooking capabilities. This kitchen did not disappoint!!
