OCEAN ACROSS THE STREET. This is a comfortable little apartment with just a quick walk to the sand! This cozy home away from home allows you to enjoy everything that Southern California has to offer. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances you may need to prepare all of the meals that you desire. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and the living room is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen SMART TV which gives you access to your favorite streaming channels and some cable stations. FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. The unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans and portable fans. The bathroom is in the bedroom. 1 small dog under 15 lbs may be considered, $100 pet fee applies, must be on a leash when outside the unit. sorry no cats. No over sized vehicles are allowed in the one assigned parking space. All other vehicles must use the paid parking on street. This is a NO SMOKING property, no smoking is allowed in the units, patios or anywhere in common areas. This property features surveillance cameras in exterior common areas. No Tax over 31 nights. Overall good place to stay, in a good location. Be aware, there is no air conditioning system in the unit. Summertime can be warm.

We loved our stay! The location was better then expected the place was clean and had everything we needed! Was easy check in and out! The host were great! We hope to come back and stay again!

Perfect locale for beach and day adventure

Our house were in incredibly responsibility in a great job of making sure we had what we needed and we’re clearing what they expected of us checkout was effortless and I had zero problems getting checked out overall I’m gonna try and rent this place again when I go back to California next summer

The location is perfect. Being pet friendly was a real plus. The place is well stocked with cookware, etc. I wish there had been at least some salt and pepper left in the cabinets. Never used the bbq because it’s awkward to basically be in another unit’s patio space to use the bbq. Overall though a very nice place. Would stay again.

Great accommodations

This was a great last minute change of plans with reservations. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to location and were very much accommodated with a much earlier but needed check in time. The rental was clean and just what we needed. Only missing item was the key to the storage room for beach chairs but a neighbor in until A used his key and got us what we needed. Very quiet rental and great to have the one parking spot included. Thank you

Amazing super clean place!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at! I travel frequently too and this is one of the most clean one I have been to. It was so clean that there was no discoloration on the couch, and when we took off the sheets and pillow cases (as per cleaning instructions), there was not a single stain on the barren pillows! Awesome that it was right across from the beach where you can hear the waves and smell ocean water. There were fans for us to stay cool at night from the humidity; im not sure if there is AC as the thermostat didn’t turn on but it is common for most beach cities to not use or have AC. The parking is small for sure. I stayed the weekend for a friend’s wedding so I didn’t have time to fully enjoy Oceanside, but I loved that the city is so clean and not crowded like your usual beach cities. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing view and nice apartment.

Renting was simple and easy. I had a bit of trouble getting my access key but communication with the property owner resolved the issue!

This was our 5th year taking a winter break on Oceanside. This was our second time staying at this rental. We'll be back.

Excellent location

Right across from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, the sunset market, etc. The unit had everything you would need. We had great time!

Convientant location to everything and right across from the beach.

The place is furnished really cute and had everything you would need. The agent was very responsive to our needs and questions. We really enjoyed our stay and was able to visit with our G-daughter plus the other tenets were fun and engaging. The only thing is the parking is very tight and if unit A has two cars it can be a problem but we were able to work it out with no issue . After 6PM the meters are free. There is no air conditioning and we had to buy a portable screen door to keep flies out($20 at Home Depot) but it is a beautiful area and we loved the month we stayed.

Great for a small family and close to the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and the pier. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot for our small family.
