Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage right in the heart of Sandy Pond. Has 6 beds and sleeps 10. Steps to our water access and boat launch. Is a four season home. Take a ride to boater's beach or Sandy Island Beach, kayak or jet ski in the spring and summer. Go salmon fishing in town at the world famous Salmon River in the Fall. Hit the snowmobile trails right from the front door or cross the street and ice fish right on Sandy Pond in the winter. The possibilities are endless. Located a row back from the water front, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club, and the Sandy Pond Country Cupboard ("the little store"). Truly a wonderful place to visit.

A mile from Sandy Island Beach State Park, and a close drive to Southwick beach and Selkirk State park. Beautiful salmon River falls are a great day trip nearby.

*we also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond 2) and they can be rented together

Fantastic stay

This place was just right for our group of fishermen. We fished the lake for a week and this was a great place to make home base. Easy to get to, lots of parking, clean, and cozy.

Great stay

The property is better than the photos! The 1 1/2 bath was fantastic for us and our extra guests. We were able tonuse the boat launch right on site. Cant wait to stay again next year!

Wonderful memories at Sandy Pond

This cottage was excellent,. Room for the whole family. Close to the beach. The host were very responsive to any questions. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. I would recommend this place for a family vacation at the pond.

The perfect pond getaway

A great little property close to Sandy Pond and Lake Ontario. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

Fishing trip

This is our 4th staying at rental and the owner has been great again. Beautiful house and property that meets our needs. Only complaint is the stove had issues with the burner when cooking.

Great Place To Stay!

My friends and I have been going fishing in Pulaski every year for 15 years now and and this house is by far the best house we've stayed at! It's very spacious with a lot of room for guests. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Annual Fishing Trip

This was our second time staying at this home (annual fishing trip) and for the second time, we very much enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, conveniently located, and the owners were prompt and friendly in their communications. A great time had by all.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean rooms with lots of facilities for a comfortable stay. The property manager was very considerate and got back to us very quickly. Had a great time there and would recommend to others.

Summer Vacation at the Lake

Very comfortable house, it was 90 degrees most of the week and we had a nice cool air conditioned cottage to return to after boating and swimming on the pond and lake. Plenty of of room for the six of us, will definitely stay again!!

Perfect getaway

This residence is perfectly turned out and we'll appointed. The owner was very easy to work with and easily reachable. The house was beautiful and recently renovated. We loved our stay here and we would definitely be back. Perfect home for a romantic getaway, family vacation or sporting holiday.

Great Place, Close to Everything

Great place, very clean and close to restaurants, down town, and the river. House was as described, and owner/manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!
