Fully remodeled and updated, our home is ideally suited for a romantic getaway, celebrating a special life milestone, those looking for a little laid-back downtime, and anyone wanting to enjoy Maui to its fullest potential. Our 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is in the Royal Mauian, a South Maui condominium complex nestled on a promontory between two of South Maui's finest beaches, Kamaole I and Kamaole II. With an up-close and personal front-row view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, we offer luxurious accommodations as well as beautiful Maui sunsets, turtle and seasonal whale watching, all from your private lanai. Our unit is less than 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean and steps away from two post-card beaches for all your desired activities: sunbathing, ocean swimming & snorkeling, SUP, yoga, beach running and walking down to Wailea on the beach and ocean front paths.

Royal Mauian 308 is the perfect beachfront vacation getaway for couples, whether traveling together or as part of a wider family or friend group. We also have additional contacts on the island if you are looking to book for more than 2 people, either at the Royal Mauian or our other upscale property at the Maui Kamaole (VRBO #215146), a 15-minute walk away.

Our property is managed directly by the Faris family and has been in our family for over 40 years. To you, our guest, we provide extensive on-island support, via our on-island contacts, telephone, text, and email. We enjoy making personalized recommendations for our guests and welcome the opportunity to help you plan your upcoming escape to Maui!

Awesome Trip and Best Condo

Loved this condo - had everything and more. The lanai gave amazing views. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and helpful. Maui is still as beautiful as ever. Hope to be back soon.

Aloha Perfection

We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. They make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

Absolute dream!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was so clean and perfectly located. It was even better than the photos! Kevin was so kind and checked in on us and was super easy to work with. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. We can’t say enough about this place!

Perfection

Location is perfect for watching whales and sunsets, walking multiple beaches and groceries/restaurants. The unit itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Best of all, the view from lanai is amazing and always shaded.

Great location, great owner

This condo is like brand new, it’s clean, quiet and has everything you need. Easy access to Kam 1 & 2, perfect for sunsets and turtle watching from the lanai. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. This condo does not disappoint, Kevin was definitely excellent to work with and we will look to stay here again.

Ocean front in Maui!

Perfect condo for two! This property is so well maintained and the location is beautiful. Condo was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We watched dolphins, turtles and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be back!

Honeymoon!

Kevin is an incredible host! He messaged us well before our trip to check in with us, gave us great recommendations for food, and gave us a late check out based on our late flight home. The condo itself is very nice. Kevin has it stocked with anything and everything you might need included spices for cooking. You have a perfect view of the sunset each night and can even see turtles swimming near the shore. You are in a perfect location with places to eat and shop right across the street while the beaches are right next door. We had an amazing trip and highly recommend staying here!

First time in Maui!

This place is outstanding and the property is managed to perfection. Kevin has every detail thought out, everything is up to date, and he's very easy to communicate with. A perfect place for two, to either relax at the property or explore the island. Bed is super comfy, the condo is quiet, parking is easy, and the view is spectacular. Unless you want a resort experience or want to stay on another part of the island, this is a perfect option.

Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

Spectacular Views!

This condo offers a full oceanfront view of Kamaole Beach Park I as well as amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Views from the rooftop patio of Haleakala on one side and the sweeping ocean view on the other are stunning. The condo is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very well equipped. We have already booked our stay for next year! Mahalo to our gracious host Kevin!

Ocean Stunner

This oceanfront stunner is so well-appointed and lovely. My husband and I have stayed in other wonderful condos in this building, but this one exceeded our expectations. Kevin was a terrific communicator and made checking in and out a breeze. We look forward to booking here again. Seeing turtles offshore in front and whale spouts in the distance was fun and exciting.

Beautiful condo, perfect location, wonderful host

This condo has everything you could possibly need for the perfect Maui vacation. It's beautiful and comfortable and the ocean/ beach views are gorgeous. The host is very attentive and responsive and has equipped the condo with everything you will need to feel at home and have a relaxing Maui vacation. The location is perfect for an easy walk down to the beach to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles and for sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset and watching the sea turtles as they swim by. There are also great shops and restaurants across the street. The only downside is that our 1 week of vacation flew by too quickly and we had to go home. We can't wait to come back and (hopefully) stay longer!

A slice of Heaven

My husband and I loved our stay at Kevin's place. Everything was as noted. The view is amazing! You can't get better views of the ocean than the view from this condo! The kitchen had all the upgrades and amenities that you would need if you wanted to make all your meals to eat at the condo / beach. The whole condo felt comfortable and stylish. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Fantastic Stay with an Exceptional Host

I recently stayed at the Royal Mauian, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. Accommodation: The property was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Host: The host was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They provided local recommendations, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. Location: The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. It was a quiet and peaceful area, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall Experience: My stay at Royal Mauian was fantastic, thanks to the excellent host and the wonderful property. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Maui Time

Beautiful condo. Wonderful sunsets. Great beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and Businesses. The condo is completely furnished with everything you could possibly need to cook if you desire. We stayed 7 days and could not have hoped for a better place to be than at the Royal Mauian. The owner was super nice and called to make sure everything was as we expected but it was even better. When we go back we will definitely try and stay here again. A vacation we will remember forever.

Stunning Property-Amazing View

From the booking throughout the trip our host Kevin made sure we were taken care of. The unit was updated and had anything you would need from kitchen items to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathroom. The mattress was so comfortable. We left the patio door open whenever we were in the Condo. The view is ever changing. We hope to return and would rent Unit 308 again.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so nice. They have everything you need. The location is excellent, the views are breathtaking. They have beach chairs snd boogie boards. The kitchen is awesome. There is nothing missing. We just loved it. I would highly recommend this condo. You certainly will not be disappointed. Kevin is so easy to communicate with. The roof top too is awesome. They have grills, tables and even a kitchen. I give this a10+++

ROYAL MAUIAN Dated property but great location and well maintained. All units ocean view, Access to beaches 5 minute walk. Our unit 308 gently remodeled. All details covered. Paradise

This condo was everything that the owner said and more. Words or pictures can’t describe how beautiful the sunsets were from the lanai. The condo itself was immaculate. It was laid out with the latest modern designs and conveniences. The owner went out of his way to recommend local restaurants and attractions. All of his ideas were EPIC! Especially mamas fish house! Thanks Kevin for helping to make our 25th wedding anniversary monumental!

Best Condo on Maui!!

We booked the Faris's condo for our honeymoon and it was nothing short than the best!! The building is very well maintained and has a very nice respectful vibe. You have the best seat in the house for watching the sunset from the lanai. And inside the condo, everything is very clean and so many great resources for activities to do on the island. Plus boogie boards and chairs for relaxing on the beach. You have one on either side to choose from! And I might add, the nicest beaches I've been to. From the moment we booked, Kevin has been in constant communication to make sure we had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back our next vacation to Maui!

The Perfect Week in Paradise

I've stayed at several VRBO and AirBnB properties over the years, and this stay at Kevin's condo in Kihei could possibly be the best experience I've ever had. From the beginning, Kevin was a great communicator, and with the uncertainty surrounding COVID, was extremely accommodating making sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Upon arrival, the condo was everything the listing said it was, had all of the amenities of home, and the location couldn't be beat. We enjoyed our daily walks around Kihei and all of the nearby beaches - the property is conveniently located between Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2 beaches. I can't wait to come back to Maui and stay at Kevin's condo again!
