The beauty of this 1100sq ft tastefully decorated 2 bdrm condo is centrally located just minutes outside of downtown in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is in a gated building with secure parking that is close to several casual and fine dining establishments with plenty of family entertainment or nightlife options close by. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle style bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 children with a 2nd full bath. The open floor plan has a large living space with a smart TV and adjacent dining area. The full-size kitchen with granite countertops will make you feel right at home. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, oven/stovetop, dishwasher and all the pots/pans and utensils you need to cook any meal of the day. Walk outside the sliding glass doors onto your large private balcony patio with potted plants and lounge chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a quiet meal with a glass of wine at the table under the umbrella. There are beaches and parks with trails nearby like Golden Gardens with sailing activities or Carkeek Park where you can take in spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains and much more. Close to markets, shopping malls, hospitals and universities/colleges. Public transportation is close by as well as Uber and Lyft.
I take a personal approach and pride in providing a clean and comfortable rental so the only thing you need to worry about is relaxing and enjoying a pleasant vacation!

Unit was clean, convenient and surprisingly quiet being close to a main street (never heard a thing). Parking was secure and the elevator made things easy. Would stay there again,

It was such a delight to have the Thompson’s at my rental. They were so respectful of the house rules and left the place just as clean as they came in. I would definitely recommend them to other hosts and welcome them back at my vacation rental.

Felt Right at Home

Perfect place

Marjo’s condo is a great place. The condo is spacious, comfortable and spotless. Marjo checked us in and showed us around. We really loved the great patio for some night time card games.

Perfect spot!

I rented Marjo's place for my aunt and family friend(both in their 70s) while they visited the Seattle area. The location was perfect for driving to site seeing in the city and getting out to the surrounding areas for hikes. It was clean and well stocked.

Lovely condo, very comfortable

Our stay began with being met by the owner, who gave us clear instructions and left wonderful drinks and snacks. The place was comfortable and cozy. There is a coffee shop next door, with pastries and sandwiches.

Our stay was great! We loved the property, inside and out, and we appreciated the many little treats that were provided. Proximity to local eateries was helpful. We were able to walk to dinner several evenings. The property was nicely furnished and very welcoming.

Hospitality at it’s best

We were met by the owner who personally showed us how the parking worked and the ins and outs of the property. She made us feel so welcome with a selection of refreshments and fresh flowers. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Seattle!

Everything you need

Marjo was a wonderful hostess and made sure we were checked in and happy. We loved evening quiet time on the terrace. From comfy beds to snacks in the kitchen, this place had everything we needed! We also appreciated the secure parking.

very lovely apartment

we very much enjoyed staying in this apartment which is SO well equipped, so comfortable, spotless, and comfortable/welcoming. Marjo was a fabulous hostess.

It was a delight to host Steven & Carrie. They were very respectful of the house rules and left the rental immaculate! The communications were great from start to end! Very nice, relaxing home to stay at while exploring Seattle. We were greeted by Marjo nice welcoming. All the amenities and extra's provided. Appreciated the bottled water, coffee and snacks. We would stay here again!

Excellent Property

Property was beautiful! Property Manager was gracious and so very helpful. House was fully stocked and very clean. Check in and out were seamless. If we ever get back to Seattle we will stay here.
