The home was as described. The location is very convenient with many close restaurants and stores. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing 3 level house. Kitchen and living room were exceptional. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were quite spacious. The washer and dryer helped immensely and will greatly reduce the number of child weather clothes we bring next time. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was great, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend this home and would be happy to stay again in the future!

This was perfect for our stay! Would definitely stay again. Our group consisted of 3 adults and one child. They had everything we needed. There was bathroom toiletries, plenty of extra paper products, and even laundry detergent. Check in/out was super easy!

Property was comfortable. We were concerned about stairs for my 91 year old father but they were not too hard to navigate and a ground level bed/bath was convenient for him. Kitchen was well equipped - including with a cast iron fry pan so that we could avoid the non-stick. We were not bothered by street noise and generally could park near by on the street.

Greenwood is a great location

Property was as expected. Plenty of supplies for kitchen, bath and coffee which is always so helpful. Would recommend.

Comfortable place

The place was clean, organized and easy to use across the board. We liked being in a neighborhood that was just far enough from the madding crowd. And parking was no problem. A bit of street noise from 85th Street can't really be avoided but it didn't impede our time there. Thanks! Hope we left it as we found it.

Nice 3br townhome, renovated and nice. A bit off the beaten path but we knew that. A bit of street noise too

great area to visit family residence

The rental is well maintained and well stocked. The entry bedroom was chilly, the rest of the place was comfortable. There was a pack n play provided for 2 year old, although it needed repair. The only issue is the entrance gate. Needs to be sanded and sealed due to loose wood pieces causing splinters, and dragging due to uneven attachment.

Very nice but some small TLC issues

Pro: A really nice place, very clean and very well equipped (coffee, laundry, baths!!) Responsive management. Parking in area was way easier than it first appeared. Cons: Biggest thing, and no fixing it, is the traffic noise! If you like fresh air, just know having the windows open at night is surprisingly loud. So many sirens. And we are not generally light sleepers. Other than that, just a few minor things that could use some TLC ... broken fan (turns on but rattles and "walks" across floor when on), no blankets in 2 BDRs (management brought over one when we asked, but it was a single twin for queen/double beds?), front "green" (?) space with grass over grown.

Other room had spread over sheet and blanket.

I myself am a VRBO owner, so I’m always sympathetic to reviews less than 5 stars. While Valta, the property management company, was responsive through the communication portal and/or by phone, it took much longer than expected to resolve a couple of issues:1. A clogged dishwasher, which I was told by Kevin at Valta they knew about before we checked in. I reported it on Friday night and they didn’t come to address it until Saturday night. They even asked me to bail the water and put my hand down through the dirty water to see if I could clear the filter. I did as requested unsuccessfully, but that’s not something a guest should have to do.2. The batteries to the keypad started to die. We couldn’t use our code to open the door, but thankfully my son was in the unit. I called Valta and they asked me to try a new code, which caused the locking mechanism to constantly beep. They asked me to take the lock apart with a screwdriver and try to fix it, which I did. After 15 minutes the beeping stopped and I moved the batteries to different slots. That worked, but they need to replace the batteries. Again, not something a guest should be asked to do.While the condo itself was nice, it could definitely use some TLC and a new paint job as there are scuff marks on almost every wall. We had a bag of ice in the freezer for 4 days, but no ice cube trays, which would be nice. The base of the larger frying pan is warped, well used, and needs to be replaced. Just our thoughts…
