A spacious updated condo in Ballard just minutes to many attractions. Walking the Ballard breweries and minutes away from all Seattle has to offer! Condo is 5 minutes from Fremont, 12 minutes to University of Washington, 12 minutes to South Lake Union and downtown, 20 minutes to Century Link and T-Mobile fields. Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, indie shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue. Ships and salmon pass through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks, also a popular picnic spot. The sandy beach at Golden Gardens Park draws sunbathers and volleyball players and offers mountain views. The Nordic Heritage Museum displays the area’s Scandinavian roots. Two beach cruisers (included with property) can be used and garage parking. Unit sleeps 6, includes king bed, queen bed, and two blow-up twins. Sorry no pets allowed.

Very well kept and comfortable home. Great neighborhood and close to local attractions. Host was very accommodating, as were arrived earlier in the day after our cruise disembarkation. Highly recommend this host and their home!

Ballard stay

The accommodations were great. Bedrooms bathroom and kitchen great. Pictures online are true. Very comfortable and thoughtful gift of wine. Breweries walkable transportation near Located off a busy street so convenient but a tad noisy. Would definitely stay again

Walkable Neighbourhood, Easy to get into the City

Good place, felt private. The neighbourhood had lots of breweries and restaurants to explore. Easy to communicate with owner.

My family and I stayed 3 nights, it’s a really nice neighborhood and we enjoyed the location. There were food trucks and local breweries within walking distances. Frank was very responsive to questions as well.

Good base in the Ballard area

Nice and roomy place. A bit noisy at times (neighbors and the main street on the side) but easy to ignore, Overall, very comfortable and having access to a garage versus parking on the street was great. (Glad I had a smaller SUV) Would stay there again.

Seattle Get-away, Ballard

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and a friend. We were in Seattle to spend time with family and the condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed lounging in the living room after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was great for our breakfasts. We used the ample dining room for take out dinners. It was nice having two bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Hope to book again! It was perfect for our needs.

Spacious, great location

So nice to find a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and so many amenities while being in the city. We walked to breweries and only 5 minutes to downtown Ballard.

Cozy stay in Ballard

Home was clean, tidy and well stocked. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed reading the guest book. We would definitely stay here again.
