Beautiful 5 bedroom (sleeps 12) home with mountain views

5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Homeowner is an interior decorator, so home is well appointed.

Ranch home with 3 bedrooms on main level and 2 large bedrooms in the lower level. Sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Eat in kitchen and formal dining room. Traditional wood firepit for evening marshmallow roasting. Gas firepit on back patio for cool morning coffee. Property has a horse on site that property owners need to tend to, using a separate driveway as to not interrupt guests. In addition, we have farm fresh eggs on site for breakfast daily.

Chefs' kitchen with 2 ovens, 6 burner gas stove.

Beautiful home with great host!

Such an amazing home in a great area! We had our large family stay there and we had a blast! Kimberly was very responsive and on top of everything. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Large family from 1 yr. old to 73 yr. old. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The backyard was perfect for little cousins to play & adults to enjoy being with each other…..sunsets were gorgeous! Everything was truly wonderful. Special note to the owner….I am so pleased to have met you. Our family will always remember yours & hope our paths will cross again some day.

Perfect Home for Family Reunion

This home is in a subdivision with large lots (1-2 acres) so there is plenty of room for children to throw a ball or run and play. Also, a great neighborhood for evening walks. The home is clean, tidy, and very tastefully decorated. It features three bedrooms upstairs and three in a large, finished basement. The basement also contains a pool table and a workout room with weights and exercise bikes. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of seating between the big white farm table and the stools at the bar. This is a great space for folks to just hangout and visit while meals are being prepared. The check-in process and communication with the owner was simple and efficient. The home has excellent Wifi. This home is an exceptional value at the rental price, and I would not hesitate to reserve it again if staying in the Loveland area. Our families had a wonderful experience.

Perfect Fit

This home was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. From start to finish Kim made the process extremely smooth. This home and property had way more to offer than we even expected. 13 of us stayed in this home from the ages of 5-70. Not once did we feel crowded or in each other’s space. The kids had so many options of things to do to keep them busy. They will never forget Boomer or all of the chickens. The homeowners are very hands on with taking care of the home and property. They were fun to talk to and very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home to others and if we are ever back in the area we would love to rent it again ourselves. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Perfect Place for Family Get Together

Beautiful home with great layout for visiting, playing games inside or out. We particularly enjoyed the backyard with a view of the mountains, gorgeous yard, and a table with fire pit. Easy access to river rafting, Estes Park, Old Town Fort Collins, and much more!

Excellent accommodations for family gathering!

This home was perfect for our family gathering for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was immaculate, well-appointed and decorated beautifully for the holidays. The owners were readily available and responsive to our questions and needs and the chickens with fresh eggs were a special touch and delicious! We found this close to restaurants and shopping and within distance to explore the outdoors, too. We enjoyed all the amenities this property had to offer and would highly recommend this excellent property for your stay!

Colorado motorcycle adventure

9 of us spent 5 days exploring the Rocky Mountains. This house was the perfect location to base our trip out of. The house and grounds are beautiful and it is close to a ton of restaurants. The owners were fantastic to work with. We could not have been happier!

Perfect for Groups, Close to Town, Beautiful Setting!

We had a fantastic time staying at Kim’s property. The house is immaculate, well stocked, and in a beautiful setting with a Mountain View from the backyard. The town of Windsor is not far away for anything you may need. We enjoyed nearby golf during our stay, walked the Poudre River trail, and simply enjoyed the spacious property. Kim is a wonderful host and was able to quickly answer any questions we had during our stay. We will be back!

Multi-Family Vacation

We had an excellent experience staying at this location! We had two different families (8 people total) traveling from Pennsylvania for a family vacation and we all had plenty of room to relax in our own spaces. The house was spotless, clean and well maintained! The views were breath-taking and all of our needs were only a 10 minute drive away. The owners communicated with us prior to our trip, checked in with us during our stay, and then after we checked out! They were very accommodating and I would definitely book through them again!

We bought this property because we wanted to have space to play. My daughter has a horse on the property. We have egg laying chickens on the property. You are welcomed to gather your own eggs to eat while staying in our home.

We are located close to the I25 which is the main hwy that runs along the front range of the Rocky Mountains from the South border of the state to the north border. We are 1 hr from Denver, 45 mins from Estes Park (Rocky Mountain National Park), 20 mins to Fort Collins, 50 mins to Cheyenne, and 10 mins from Loveland.

The back of our home faces west and has beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains as the back drop. The horses in the back add to the natural western feel of the property.
