This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king & 1 therapeutic day bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen in the 5th bedroom. The house also has 1 queen air mattress and 1 twin air mattress.

The open floor plan showcases Brazilian hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a built-in fireplace and a roomy screened porch. The bright and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is a chef's dream and features a large work island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop (new cooktop installed Feb. 2024!), granite countertops, SS ice maker, tons of cabinets & counter space, a wine cooler, spacious pantry and family sized breakfast bar. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the crows nest balcony.

The extensive master suite offers a sitting area, walk in closet and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. Each of the other 4 bedrooms also features a private bathroom. Other features include new HVAC system with digital thermostats and internet capabilities, two hot water heaters, an elevator and laundry room. With the double garage under the house, there is parking for 6-8 vehicles.

The over sized lot includes a fenced in yard, Roman Greco saltwater pool, professionally landscaped yard, enclosed outdoor shower and picnic table. Come experience this dream home while making great beach memories in North Myrtle Beach.

We stayed for 6 days and the house was perfectly located, and the folks at North Beach Vacation Rentals were very responsive. Ideal for a large family.

Family Beach Week

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.

Beach Comfort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was very nice. Great space, view, and location. A few items to not: Mold in master bedroom shower, furniture was worn (couch), grass treatment (lots of ants).

Absolutely Lovely!!

Everyone fully enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to this property. Very spacious and beautiful decor. The elevator was a necessary plus for some in our group.

Promise fulfilled!

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Guys Golf Trip

Spring Break Getaway

Great property! We loved it! Only small issue was the pool as it needed to be cleaned due to leaves. However, the host and property manager got it taken care of and our fun continued!

Great House and Location

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable house in a great location.

Overall a nice property. Lots of space and great location. Interior starting to ware in a few areas (paint needs to be refreshed in some rooms, some furniture beginning to fray, some appliances/tvs could use updating) and the kitchen supplies are pretty bare bones, but overall we had a positive experience. Thanks

Would Recommend

The property is beautiful! Great location and very spacious for large groups. A plus was that every room had their own bathroom which was perfect. It’s right across from the beach not far at all. I would only recommend fixing and cleaning the grill for use, and painting/ fixing the shower wallpaper or paint in the green room. Overall I’d recommend.

Spacious house with pool

Overall great house--lots of space. Has an elevator for our elderly family members. Pool is private and great area around pool for hanging out. Currently, there is a pretty nice ocean view but suspect another hotel will be built in the empty lot in front of the ocean soon. House did not have any glassware but a call to the property managers quickly resolved the issue.
