Private Pool ,sundeck ,exterior shower, palm trees and lounge chairs. Covered patio with dining table, conversation sets, wicker chairs , bar stools and couches for shaded outside entertaining. Huge additional outdoor patio area with additional lounge chairs couches, chairs, lighted umbrella and grilling station with gas grill.
In addition there is a huge fenced rear yard that's great for families traveling with children and pets.
Each bedroom has its own private bath, 32 inch flat smart TV and or Apple TV

Very nice place for family to meet and enjoy. Property has a wonderful fenced in yard for the dog. Our family's second year vacationing there. Recommend for sure!

Pros: close to beach and stores, plenty of room in house and the pool was nice. Nice yard for dogs to go potty and play. Beautiful outdoor area.Cons: house was hot, air had to stay at 74 degrees and the temp got hotter during day. Lots of Palmetto bugs at night around pool area so you can’t go out and enjoy a meal in that area. Dusty ceiling fans and under furniture. No where near enough towels and washcloths and it would be nice if the elevator worked bc there are so many steep steps. Game bedroom was dark bc it needed lightbulbs that I communicated through VRBO message and I never got anything back from owner. Ceiling fan in living room doesn’t go higher than low speed.

We had a wonderful week here with our combined family! The home was a great fit for our group of 5 adults and 5 children. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom gave everyone their own space, and the fenced yard was perfect for our two small dogs.The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach in a great area. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to walk to Boulineau's for groceries and shopping.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily recommend this property. The only thing I'd mention for anyone traveling with older family members or those with mobility concerns is that there are two flights of stairs to reach the first level of the house, followed by two more flights to the main living area with the kitchen and family room. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's helpful to know in advance when planning your stay.

Great family vacation property

Excellent location for a family. Very pet friendly. The fenced-in yard was the best for our dog. Kids loved the pool and very walkable to the beach.

Loved our stay

Loved the property and closeness to the beach. Side yard was great for the kids. Only draw back, were ants and an occasional large bug inside but I would definitely rent again!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the cleanliness to all we needed for cooking, to washing facility! I would whole heartedly recommend & refer this place. It made our 10 year vow renewal an amazing success. Close to the beach, shopping & eating. I will never forget how wonderful it made our little event. Thank the renters for an outstanding stay !!!

Family and Friends at the Beach!

This was a great property and location for our group. Only a block from the beach, and walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Pool area was a great place to hang out after the beach. Would recommend this property. We had a great week.

Great beach house!!

This was a great place to stay! Close to the beach to walk, spacious home equipped with everything you need! It was great to spend a day at the beach and then get in the pool! We had a couple of small issues but were addressed right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Location was great. It was nice they had chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent those. The owner was very communicative, quick to address any concerns/questions that we had.

Family Spring Break

This property was great for our Family Vacation. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the size of the bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area upstairs was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor areas and pool were great as well. Enjoyed spending time together in the evenings there. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and close enough to walk to the grocery store and Dairy Hut (ice cream). Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay!

Home was as advertised. Clean. Great views of the ocean. We swam everyday in the pool. Lots of family time around the pool at night. Beach was very close. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Beach Fun

Property was warm and inviting, clean, plenty of space. Owner was great, very responsive. Had no problems at all. We stay in Cherry Grove every year and this was by far the best. Hopefully it will be available next year in our time frame

Family Traditions

Great place to start our new family tradition. The place was nice and the owner was exceptionally responsive when something was needed. House was well appointed, close to the beach and grocery store and the prey gathering place for the family!

We are a family of 6 from the suburbs of Washington DC. We love to travel to the beach together every summer with our 2 dogs Tikko and Cocoa which is why our home is pet friendly. We spent many summers in Myrtle beach and all our boys learned to boogie board there. This is our second home purchase in North Myrtle Beach and we hope to retire there one day.

We choose this home because it is so close to the beach just a quick 2 minute walk and you're there! There are no high rise condos ocean front on our beach so its not crowded even during the peak of the summer rental season.
It's located on a quite street with a palm tree lined yard walking distance to the Cherry Grove Pier, grocery store and many other ammenities.

Short walk to the beach and beautiful ocean views from the front porch and the windows in the great room. Walking distance of the grocery store and many other shops. Restaurants and local attractions are close by. Our home is located on a street with beach access and public parking lot 1 block away. Our driveway and carports have enough parking for 6 vehicles. We like to to be pampered when we go on vacation so we have equipped our home with top quality mattresses and bed linens. Our home is minutes from Starbucks, local restaurants, attractions, boat ramps,fishing, and more golf and mini golf courses than you can count!
