Welcome to your 3-bedroom, 3-bath alpine retreat in one of Steamboat Springs’ most sought-after locations! Just 25 yards from the ski area, this beautifully remodeled top-floor condo at Dulany at the Gondola offers panoramic views of both the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Ski Area, making it the perfect home base for your mountain getaway.

Mountain Modern Comfort
With stylish décor, vaulted ceilings, and Partial Air Conditioning, only certain rooms in the home have air conditioning. Fans are provided for rooms without A/C. This condo blends mountain charm with modern comfort. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather with family or friends—share stories around the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or savor a homemade meal in the spacious dining area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to whip up anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. Dine together at the table for eight, or pull up a seat at the breakfast bar for two.

My sisters and I had a getaway in Steamboat and this was a great location. We were very comfortable with each having our own bedroom and bathroom. We ate all meals except one at the condo and the kitchen has all you need. We loved the view!

I did not dig far enough into amenities. It states partial AC. Even the partial was ineffective. We stayed from 7/15-7/16. It was warm 86ish. We had to wait until 4 to check in and when we arrived a little after 5, the unit was a sauna. The limited AC would not cool the areas it stated it would. There was no one available to address the issue. The next day a maintenance guy came but he was not equipped to fix the issue. We were forced to deal with the situation. I have been assured that I will receive a break on the cost. We’ll see. Just be sure to be aware of these conditions if you book during the summer season.

We understand how uncomfortable it can be to arrive at a warm property, especially during a period of higher summer temperatures. The property does have partial A/C, which is disclosed in the listing, and we understand that during unusually warm conditions, the system may not cool the entire home as effectively as guests expect. When we were notified of the concern, our team responded by sending maintenance to evaluate the issue. We apologize that the visit did not result in an immediate resolution and understand the frustration of having to manage the conditions during your stay. Steamboat Springs is a mountain community where temperatures can vary significantly, and many homes rely on cooler overnight and morning temperatures to help regulate indoor comfort. While we cannot control outdoor temperatures, we do provide guests with recommendations for maximizing comfort during warmer periods. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to review ways we can improve communication and response times when temperature-related concerns arise. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Great family gathering place

In town for a long weekend with adult children. Great location, super comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well appointed with every supply needed and the large dining table provided a nice meal gathering spot!

Steamboat Vacation

Great condo, great location. We enjoyed our stay and would go again. The only small thing I did not care for, is the beds are a bit soft for my taste, but otherwise we were very impressed.

Awesome place

We loved everything about this condo. The view the amenities the location everything was perfect. We actually went to book it again for 2026 but the price doubled from 2025 so we had to look elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great property. Very well appointed and situated perfectly. We had Snowboarders with us and the located was incredible. The rest of us enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shopping, the Gondola and the overall scenic quality of the property. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying here again for next years Steamboat trip.

Didn’t have hot water after we checked in and no hot water the morning we left. The hot water came on about 2 hours later after we checked in around dinner time. We just kept checking for hot water. Called (left a voicemail both times) and texted property management both times. They never returned the voicemails or texts. I would not recommend but the location is great.

Beautiful Condo in a GREAT location

This was the perfect place for 5 adults. We loved the location. And as a bonus, it is right next to the creek. We could open the door to the balcony and hear the water. Everything was in close proximity. The condo was clean and had perfect space for all of us. We will stay here again when we come back and visit my family!
