During the summer the house is the perfect location for hiking, mountain biking, exploring the Truckee river and Tahoe's many beaches, enjoying a BBQ in the private back yard and experiencing a taste of Tahoe's food and nightlife. Winter offers the many snow activities With Heavenly, This home is perfect Kirkwood,Sierra at Tahoe, Adventure Mountain sledding all near by. The spacious layout and comfortable furnishings are a welcome bonus after a day of adventure. The fully fenced backyard with private hot tub is an extra bonus This home features a big screen smart TV , Roku, fast Wifi, free standing gas fireplace with river rock accents. fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. VR Permit #072450. Perfect for families and couples looking for both adventure and comfort
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. 2 Cars Max in the driveway (county requirement) Driveway snow handled by a private company when 5 inches fall. Some shoveling may be required by renter. Neighborhood road snow clearing handled by the city. We recommend AWD car and chains during the winter.No large parties or events. The home is located in a noise sensitive neighborhood. We hope you enjoy the peacefulness, and ask that you respect the quiet that everyone enjoys. Excessive noise or over occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner. Failure to observe the NO Party policy will result in eviction. Tahoe's quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am and strictly enforced. Exterior Surveillance at front entrance in place.This is for the security of the property. Other things to note: This is a no smoking /No pet Home. Violators may have their stay canceled or be fined .

Beautiful place

We had an amazing time at this property the property manager was great to deal and suggested a bunch of amazing local restaurants will definitely stay here again! Property was clean and exactly as advertised

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at Dianne's lovely home. It felt very comfortable and homey! We loved using the jacuzzi in the evenings after grilling on the deck. The location was also perfect - quiet and away from the busier parts of South Lake Tahoe, but still close to hiking trails and beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Home in a Great Location

Home is well-stocked with everything you need, my family of 5 was very comfortable staying there. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The property and location were excellent just as stated in the post. The house was clean, great amenities and the hot tub was well maintained. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

The peaceful Christmas getaway

We all loved the property and location! Situated in the perfect zone of "Not too far, but not too close " distance from lake Tahoe . It was just right for the family . Dianne was an excellent resource, and timely with messages making it a breeze getting to the property .

Great place for a family getaway!

Great place and location. House was clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. The lock box was a bit tricky at first but we figured it out. Would definitely book again for another family trip. Thank you, Dianne!

South Tahoe Family Getaway

Nice location to all South Tahoe has to offer, clean property, comfy beds, fans in the rooms for when it’s hot, the kitchen has all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare and eat meals. The neighborhood seems a little uptight but I respect their desire to keep a nice well mannered property and the owners seem kind. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice place

Very comfortable house. Nice area. We were able to walk in the evenings around the neighborhood. Very quiet at night. Worked great for a day trip to Lake Tahoe.

Nice place

We found this house to be just a pictured. It was very roomy and Dianne was very responsive. The property had everything that we needed and was about a 10-minute drive to S. Lake Tahoe. It was a very comfortable "home base" as we explored the area.

Cozy retreat

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean and had lots of accessories that we used at the beach. We used the beach chairs, tubes and my Son loved riding the bike. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms were only located upstairs and that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Otherwise we had a great time, enjoyed the hot tub too.

Excellent place in south lake

The house was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and the hot tub was perfect. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Check in was super easy. We would totally stay here again. The only issue for guest with limited mobility would be that the bathrooms were both upstairs but that was not an issue at all for us. Great easy rental

Great South Lake Location

Stayed with family for a swimming event and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. After a long day of swimming, we came back to the home to enjoy a great hot tub while also enjoying the beautiful trees and wildlife of Tahoe. We were able to get groceries nearby and cook delicious meals at home. It was nice to feel as comfortable as we did in the home. The location also had a cool flea market on the weekends 5 mins away which was fun to discover. All in all a great place and would be happy to stay again.
