Location!! Location !!!Location!!! Neighborhood is gorgeous with so much to do like bird sanctuary, nature reserves and nearby beaches. 15 minutes to bike to cliff walk . Easy access to newport shops and dining by car. The house is well set up to chill out and relax or play games. Quaint!! Lots of kitchen accessories!Beds were comfortable. Backyard and deck another retreat place. Small but well thought out house. Everyone had enough space with room to gather together.

We spent a very comfortable week with our 3 grown children and dog. House was just right for cooking and relaxing outside and nearby the beach. Recommended!

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. Nice deck off back of house to grill and we played cards. Home is in very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked. The owner was always in touch if we had a question and very friendly. We would stay again!

Great location for hiking trails and beaches; easy drive to the hustle and bustle of Newport

We needed a place to accommodate 3 couples for a family wedding in Newport. We all enjoy the outdoors - the Norman Bird Sanctuary, with amazing hiking trails, is right next door! The property is comfortable and homey. The home is only about 6 miles from the historic St. Mary's Catholic Church, and even closer to beaches and the Cliff Trail. This was my first Vrbo stay, and the hosts answered all of my questions. Truly enjoyed our visit.

Another great week at the third beach road House

This house is spacious and comfortable. It is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat meals in. Another highlight is the deck overlooking the backyard. It is a great place to have a drink and enjoy a sunset each evening. we are always impressed at how quiet Middletown is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home!

This is such a cozy, comfortable, well-appointed home that feels immediately relaxing, with the deck overlooking the large back yard, the nice furniture and art, the well-equipped kitchen, and more. We had a wonderful stay and will return when we visit our family in the future!

Summer

The property is absolutely wonderful -not only well furnished but beautifully set up with kitchen, laundry and towels etc. it is very clean. It’s close to Second and Third beaches and stores. Very quiet neighborhood. The weather was awful the entire time but we still enjoyed our vacation 😊

Lovely stay

A clean and comfortable house in a great location. It was a short drive to many beaches and other site seeing activities. Quiet neighborhood and nice outdoor seating.

Nice location, well-equipped, terrific info available

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed to be near and we had plenty of room to all be in one place but not fall all over one another. The fittings and fixtures (kitchen gear, bathroom hooks, laundry supplies) were well thought-out. Instructions and suggestions were complete and easy to understand. Overall, a great time!

Wonderful and at the Third Beach home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Third Beach Road retreat. The house was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet and secluded. The house was outfitted with everything you would need to cook and enjoy the comforts of home. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone interested.
