This is a first floor, (lower level), 2 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen, fully furnished apartment, located on a private cul-de-sac road, no traffic and quiet neighborhood with private parking(opposite entrance) Biking distance to East Beach, Blue shutters, 1/2 mile to Boat launch into Ninigret pond with access to open ocean , hiking trails in Burlingame state park, shopping, Misquamicut State Beach 7 miles, Nordic Lodge 15 minutes, Foxwoods Casino 30 minutes, mini golf, ice cream, great restaurants, gas stations, shopping, Winnapaug Country Club golfing all within 10 minutes. Very cozy and comfortable.

Such a nice, quiet relaxing place to stay. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. We hope to go back next year.

Girl’s getaway weekend 2024

My two friends and I needed a getaway! Early October & we lucked out with beautiful weather. I went on VRBO last minute & found this perfect apartment. It is set in a private, quiet, beautiful cul-de-sac. It’s very clean, has plenty of space for four or more people. Also it has air conditioning! The owner is very nice. We talked to her early the first day and right before we left. Otherwise, you didn’t even know that they were around! I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

Wonderful hosts. Everything we had hoped for!

We loved our stay at this cozy and spotless 2Br apartment. The hosts were great and responded to any questions very quickly. They also respected our privacy. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There is ample parking very close to the entry door. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our 3 night stay. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

Lovely Place in a Lovely Location

We had a nice time at this lovely place. The host, Estelle, was very kind and helpful. It is located in a quiet location only about a 5 minute drive from a beautiful public beach.

Great location to beaches and restaurants!

Very comfortable! The only thing that was lacking was the outdoor sitting area, not conducive to eating or relaxing outdoors.

Excellent service

The property was just as described. The only thing that was inaccurate was it said they had a high chair which they did not. They werent aware that was on there. However, they did bring us a high chair to use very shortly after we arrived. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

Shore vacation

Great location,very quiet. Estelle & Ray were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. There is also a cabin you can rent on the property we might try in the future. :)

Easy Stay

We had a great stay! Ray and Estelle were great and let us check-in early which we really appreciated. The location was a little out of the way and ubers were kind of expensive - so, I definitely recommend renting a car if that's an option. Otherwise, we had a great time and would recommend!

Short trip stay

Place was described exactly as listed. Just enough space for a 3-4 day stay for myself and my girlfriend. We spent most of our time at the beach and away from the apartment. Had all the amenities needed for a great stay!

Quiet & convenient

Everything we needed was there. The only recommendation I have is to replace the front bedroom queen mattress. We flipped it because it sagged in the middle (humidity decreases its lifespan).

Girls weekend

Estelle and Ray were very nice and Estelle answered my never ending questions! Location was perfect and the apartment was clean. All essentials were provided, so less laundry to take home. Would stay here again! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Quiet, clean apartment

We enjoyed this apt while attending a wedding in Charlestown. We especially appreciated the motion detector lights as we arrived after dark.

Charlestown review

We were pleased with the property. It was a good spot for us; near Misquamicut and the ferry to Block Island. It’s not a luxury property but plenty comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, We lost the key to the place one evening and the owners were responsive to our call immediately as to how we could enter. Thank you!

Short Stay

Excellent location. Very easy access and parking. Very quiet setting. The apartment was furnished completely and thoughtfully appointed. Would recommend for a week-long stay.
