Cozy 3BDR Matunuck Beach Cottage

3bdr cottage available for rent. It is located in the heart of Matunuck, South Kingstown, RI.
The cottage has been completed remodeled, tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter top and is completely furnished. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Linens, towels, pots, pans everything included to make your stay enjoyable

It is walking distance to South Kingstown Town Beach (beach pass included for SK town beach),East Matunuck Beach, Theatre By The Sea, local grocery store, Carpenters fresh fruit & vegetable stand, Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, St Romuald church, deep hole fishing and surfing and our local ice cream stand. Available nightly off summer weeks.

Can also be rented with 2bdr (listing HA 7823691) if weeks available . Great for 2 families. Feel free to email me , top right hand corner of aerial pic.

This little cottage had all I needed inside and very nice outside spaces (back yard, front porch with table) too! Walking distance to 2 beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Matunuck Beach and, most importantly, the Ocean Mist!. Although it's cozy in size, it feels surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit during our son's graduation weekend at URI. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. The owners were kind, responsive, and clearly take great pride in their rental. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Super stay combining surfing, work, family and rest. Location was yards from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next trip to Matunuck at Bob and Maria's cottage!

Amazing beach cottage

Even though I was taking a course in Kingston, this was the perfect relaxing location, walking distance to beaches and easy drive to town. Comfortable beds, great outdoor shower, extremely well outfitted.

The house was clean and exactly as described. Comfortable beds and close to the water. Bob was communicative and very kind, ready to help with anything needed. Would definitely go back!

The Perfect Stay

We had the best weekend in this perfect rental. Bob and his wife were so attentive- reached out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Such nice people who really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

Late summer get away

Cute summer beach cottage in a very friendly neighborhood. All restaurants, bars and beach are a short walk from the cottage. The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent cottage!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. All was as advertised, it was very clean and comfortable and the owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. It was especially nice to have the beach pass! I would definitely recommend!!

Great cottage

Great weekend getaway. Bob's cottage has all you need, was able to get on the wifi and take a work meeting quickly after checking in. Clean, great backyard, and quick walk down to the beach. Bob is extremely accommodating and a great host! Hope to be back soon

Walk distance to Center of activity

Week of perfect weather. Two min drive to East Matunuk Beach and had Beach Pass. Short walk to Ocean mist and the Pub. Owner lives close if need anything which we didn’t.

Fantastic beach get-away

Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.
