The place was actually better than described. Except for the confusion w/ parking (out fault). Everything was perfect. The outside deck & area was beautiful. Would be happy to use this property again if we ever return to St. Augustine. Very comfortable, I especially like the abundance of pillows.

The property was very clean, the bath towels were in great condition, plenty of utensils were available in the kitchen, more than enough room in the unit so no one would be cramped or crowded, the unit was walking distance to all the action, including excellent choices of restaurants and bars. If you chose not to use your car for the entire stay it would be fine and you had one assigned parking spot.

Benoit and Lindsey were great hosts and were very quick to respond to our questions. The room was perfect for our needs and very spacious for the 2 of us. We had everything we needed and more. The house was a nice 5 minute stroll to the historic district and we didn’t move our vehicle at all during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Property manager Gina was excellent. Location of the property was very convenient for walking to historic downtown. Kitchen supplies were a little weak. Interior decor was charming. Noise from school across the street and noise from second floor guests was a downside at times.
