The property was so amazing and exactly what was advertised! Super clean and tucked away right around the corner from the historic downtown area and George street. Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to St Augustine!

Such a quaint house nestled away from the tourists but still within walking distance to all the great sights and restaurants in downtown St Augustine. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Unique and quaint. Treehouse feel on the upper deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Nice location and easy walking to many things. Dedicated parking was great.

We had a wonderful visit. Property was as exactly as described - charming, clean, well-equipped, and in the BEST possible location for walking everywhere. It was more than enough space and felt like a private hideaway. Host was kind and communicative. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks for a lovely visit!

It is a lovely two story cottage with a lot of charm. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the location as it was very close to historic downtown. We walked everywhere we needed to go.

The property is excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is in an alley, not a street, so it was difficult to find at dusk. Nav. systems did not identify the turn itno the alley.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again in the future.

It was clean, well-stocked with bathroom towels and kitchen necessities, really close to everything, unique/cute. If we head back to St. Augustine, we will definitely stay here again. Fabulous!

We loved staying here. Communication was great and the property was very nice and very clean. We liked how it’s kind of tucked away back from the road, so it’s nice and private and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for 2 people and our 2 dogs. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Old Town and Flagler College. Bed comfortable, towels clean and washing machine convenient.

We had such a great time. The house is in a perfect location - we walked wherever we wanted to go. It was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend. The owner is super nice.

Absolutely breathtaking house right next to all the activity. My dog and I had a fantastic time. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting St Augustine

We stayed for a few nights July 1-4 for a birthday/holiday trip. This house was a prime location! So easy to walk to everything in the historic area, yet removed just far enough to not hear the crowds, bands, or other noises from St. George Street. House is so cute, and the bedroom being on the first floor was so convenient when you wind down for the night. Incredibly clean too. Definitely marking it as a favorite.

Excellent location. Walking distance to a lot of the sights in historic district. A/C works beautifully. Pleasant balcony area for a glass of wine. Bed was very comfortable.
